    Hi Blondprincess, I called the number here in the U.S. on 1/7/2009. And when i got to an agent she allowed me to make the appt for the interview. Marian and I were immediately sent an email to confirm that interview. The agent will tell you to bring that email to both your medical and Embassy interview appointments. YOu should try again. It worked for me after my package got to the Embassy af
