I suggest you go to SLEC at 2PM on your first day. I went to SLEC 3 PM and was done @ 5:30 PM on a Thursday. I was told to come back at 2PM the following day and was done by 7PM. Goodluck.

I was interviewed on November 4 , I got my visa this morning November 6 @ 9am .
I did not text Delbros hotline coz i lost my celphone a day before my interview. So to track my visa I used the online shipment tracking service @ www.delbros.com - MNL2008******01 but i dont see any status. I was thinking that the online tracking service is not working coz the delbros guy delivered my visa today.
I hope you all get your visa soon. The guy from Delbros had 2 backpacks filled with similar package as the one i received. When I signed the the paper, I tried scanning the list of names below the box where i could see mine. I saw packages for "Carrier Crew CN" (not sure of the exact name but i guess its for the seafarers agency) and a girl named Dionisia Tega or Tena. I live in Bangkal Makati so maybe thats why I got my visa delivered early.
Congrats! Have been interviewed last Sept. 17 and still waiting for my visa due to DV.
Gee, I hope you get your visa next week Jose Rizal. I didnt know you were still waiting for yours to be delivered.

Im looking at WAYBILL from Delbros and the DECLARED VALUE of my visa package is P10,000.00 ....what?? 10 thou only ..hehe.
Thank you everyone. I am just soooo happy right now, I could eat the whole Red Ribbon Cake.

I had my interview on Nov 4. I paid delbros but did not text them coz I lost my cp a day before the interview. So I used the online Shipment Tracking service to check status of my visa delivery. I type in MNL2008****01, but nothing comes out. Im not sure if its working.
Anyhoo, I got my visa just now and i am just so happy. Thank you all for the information i got from here. We all get so paranoid at times thinking about what will turn out of our visa application but nothing beats being ready and armed when the interview comes.
Goodluck to everyone!!

\pictures..just picture...nag presenta lang ako na I have a Marriage Index. Natakot kasi ako na d ako nagbayad sa DV. Kaya wag kabahan sa interview. Listen very well and dont hesitate to ask.
-
Goodluck
-
Just make sure you bring CENMAR or CENOMAR. For CR1 applicants, ask the prescreener if he/she needs your Marriage Index. Chances are, theyd say yes.
If Metrobank doesnt accept DV payment, then dont push it. DOnt stress. You'll get your visa. I know, I can tell .
-
yey!! congrats
-
Done with my iterview today. No one asks for a DV. the only thing they asked from me were pictures. Ako na nagtanong sa prescreener kung kelangan nya marriage index. And he said yes if I have it. Goodluck to everyone!!
-
thanks for posting gracey. Im also preparing my interview documents at the moment. My interview will be next week.
You're welcome, pink. Do keep us posted. Goodluck to you!
Hi gracey i brought all documents with me today during my interview. I pretty much made sure I have all youve listed here and ALL THEY ASK from me was PICTURES. I told the prescreener I have a Marriage index in case he needs it and he said "yes pahiram naman nyan".
No one asks for a DV. After 5 or 6 questions, the consul at room 18 said "congratulations im approving your visa application!" I am so happy.
Goodluck on your interview. Bring a nicely tailored jacket. It gets really cold inside the room.

Thank you for the quick reply, Jose_rizal.i did not pay DV, I relied to much on what I read here 3-4 months ago. But im not blaming anyone. It was procrastination due to fact that I am not really sure if it was really needed. I passed medical today, Friday. My last chance to pay is on Monday coz my interview is on the following day. Please help. What do I do next?Just go to the interview. If the consul requires a DV, you'll be asked to pay after your interview there. Paying the DV on Monday won't make a difference. Good luck.

The pre screener asked me for my NBI Clearance, CENOMAR, Thailand Police Clearance, Birth Certificate, Photos, latest chat conversation, Affidavit of Support, ITR's, W-2 Forms. I told him that my fiance's mother is cosponsoring us. He looked at my fiance's ITR and said, you will be ok. He has enough for both of you to live. . He asked me questions like, who is my petitioner, where and when did we meet, how old is he, and when did you come to the Philippines to visit me. And then after that, told me that I could go back to my seat and wait for my number to be called for the final interview with the consul. And there is something strange that I read on my folder. It was a stamped that says APPROVED but I couldn't read what was approved again. How I wish I have a bigger eyes!
The final interview: I went inside and the consul asked me to wait for him because he has to do something just for a few minutes. And so I waited. And when he was back, I was asked to raise my right hand for the oath. So, he asked me who is petitioning for me, how old is he, what does he do for living, how we met, when we met, the date of his visit here, and also he asked me to tell him what happened after our very first talk (our love story), if he has ever been married, the date of his divorce, does he have a child, a girl or a boy, for how long does he and his ex wife lived together, do I have a child, , what is my fiance's educational attainment, about my work experience, what I did in Thailand (I worked as a teacher and a school nurse, and so he said, so you are a nurse), the dates of my visit in Thailand (I said 2003, 2005, 2007 and in 2007, I went there for a visit only), which part of Thailand I have worked, the kind of job that I did, and he looked at the photos and pointed out at 2 photos and asked me where was it and then he was smiling, when do we plan to get married, and everytime I answer him, he said "Ok and he was looking and typing something at the computer". And after the so many questions, he wrote something like "ready for..........", too bad I couldn't read the other words anymore. He told me "ok, you may go back to your seat outside and wait for your name to to be called". Before I left, I asked him, "excuse me sir, can I just asked if I passed the interview or not?". He answered me, "oh yes, you do.... blah blah blah.... I can't remember the other things that he said anymore because I just said "oh yes thank you so much". and the last thing that he said was "good luck". Then I left.
I went right away to window 37 and the lady gave me back the photos, the chat conversation which was 5 pages and my appointment letter and the PINK SLIP and told me to go to Delbros and pay for the visa delivery fee.
My question is, does passing the interview means that my visa is approved? I should have asked the consul whether my visa is approved or not but I asked if I passed the interview or not instead.
Were you asked if you paid for Document Verification?? thanks

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone! My wife passed her interview! She got a pink slip.
And to other people going through the interview stage. USEM is NOT requiring doc verification anymore. They told my wife to stop buy and pick up a refund.
I'm so happy and I truely do hope the best for everyone on your journey.
