hey guyz! I received an email about my application. It says Card Production Ordered, So, Is this mean my application is approved? My application was transferred to california. They said most of the application that was transferred will approve without interview. And how long will it takes before I can get my 2 yrs green card in the mail? One more thing, If i have my 2 yrs green card, Can I apply already to remove the conditional residents anytime?Pls give some advice, tips or anything about it. Any response will surely appreciated. Advanced Parole and EAD (work authorization) is included in the 1010.00 fee that you paid when you filed AOS.

If you were to file for AP now, it would cost extra I believe.

You'll have to wait until you have your green card in order to leave the country.

When you get your green card, you are free to travel anywhere and return to the U.S. You might get permission a month earlier by applying now for an AP.

so meaning, I can travel outside Us and come back without advanced parole if i have my 2 yrs green card? Am I correct? It is ok if I will not apply for advance parole and I will just wait my 2 yrs green card before I can have my vacation?

Hey guyz!! what is advance parole? My AOS application is still pending until now, it was transferred in California. I just want to ask what is advanced parole? Do i need this when I will have my vacation in the philippines later? I did not apply for this anyway and I am just wondering. Is this mean that I have no more interview or whatever? Is there somebody here have the same case with me? Please share, I will surely appreciated any response. Thanks & God bless(",))

Anyways as Of 5:30pm today,Delbros delivered my visa, I stayed home till 5pm then i thought Delbros will just deliver tomorrow so i decided to go with my mama in the city, while im there i got a text from my "tatay" that he received" the packet. I then text myBaby, he called me back,With so much Joy and Happines i felt ,i never noticed i jumped and jump over the crowded place while im the phone with him.YAHooooo WooHOO!!! Hip HIP Hurray!!!

hello to everybody! Here's my problem about my social security card. I and my husband went to social security on wednesday to apply for my sscard. I thought they can give me a social security that time but there something wrong about my I-94. My I-94 is expired and they send me a letter too indicating that I have not given them documents to show U.S Citizenship or lawful alien status. According to them, I must contact the Department of Hoemland Security in order for SSA to process my request for a replacement Social Security card involving a name change then I will contact then when I can give the documents they need. Is anybody here know what is the number of homeland security so I can contact them about this matter? By the way, I live near Atlanta, Ga. Is anybody here have the same case with me? Please give me some advice about this matter. I will surely appreciated any response here. Thanks for the time reading this..God bless u all!

yep you can if he is not busy and can go with you. anyways taking biometrics won't last 30minutes if the office is not busy. its only picture taking and signature for your EAD and GReen card..

Hello! Is any one here had finished their fingerprinting for adjustment of status? I would like to ask if its ok to bring my philippine passport in my appointment? I have no any Id here in US, just my phil passport with my visa attached on it, all of my ID are phil Id. It was indicate in my appointment that need Identification and Appointment letter, Is that all? Do I need to show some other documents in my biometrics appointment? Please give me some list so I can bring with me. For those who finished their fingerprinting in applying for adjustment of status.
