What requirements has the sponsor to fulfill?

Where can I read more about the removing conditions ?
Or about her bringing evidence ?
So just for understanding and breaking it down real quick:
It also could be just two months of marriage, but it would be maybe difficult to proove that is was good faith
wait. she was married for only 2 months? indeed it is a difficult thing to prove bona fide.
no just to understand i made an example
-
Thanks that was helpful

She isnt the most clever one when it comes to the internet so she asked me to ask here..
Yeah payxibka thats my question, when can she get divorced without any huge effect on the removing of conditions ?
So that the chances are high to stay in the states
-
She has the 2 year greencard and has to go through process for the permanent 10 year one.
-
sounds like that's all she really wanted, green card.
and you know this how, exactly?
Nope thats not what she wanted.
HE confessed that he is gay.
She is totally shocked about the situation and doesnt know what to do.
She has the Green Card I guess for 3 years, the one you get after you get into the states.
She lives now one year with him the in the states.
No permanent Greencard yet...
Dunno how to explain, because I have never been in this process.

Hey,
my Boyfriend sent in on 1st Sept. his N400. He got NOA on the 10th of Sept. and on the 12th of Sept. NOA 2 Biometrics.
But the NOA1 Said estimate Schedule for Interview is gonna be 548 days...
How can that match with the quick process of NOA 2?

Hey
What if my Boyfriend and I get married while is is just a US Greencard holder and has an ID Card.
He is currently going through N400.
Could be still go for K3 when he is Naturalized?

I am not asking for why it takes so long, I am asking for the process steps.

Which form does my "sponsor" need to fill out and what characterisitics ( financially) he has to bring with him / her to be my sponsor.
It's called an Affidavit of Support... (aka I-134 for a "K" visa, I-864 for immigrant visa or greencard application)
oh so my fiance is my sponsor ?? if he has a job and has been working since he was like 15 years old ?
I was so worried about the financial part of the k1,getting denied or rfe because of it
-
no you dont need to prove anything. just write down where you worked and when. dont overthink things or you're going to get yourself in trouble. There are example forms (link above) to help you be certain.
you can state you can have the contract but if you're not there when you file you need to put that as well. Are you the beneficiary? Leaving your job to go overseas to await the process? You will need to show domicile and financial security in some fashion. Do you have a co-sponsor lined up and an address in the States in which you can receive your mail?
Well no , I quit my job first, go over visiting and after my visit then we gonna file K1.
Because of going there 3 months I quit my job because otherwise I could never get out of the contract the following next 2 years.
I did never understand the co sponsor thing.

Yep I am beneficenary

-

-
Nah I dont, but I wonder why that possibility is up still then ?
I guess thats waht u meant by broken system ?!
Well guess Still K1 or K3 or DCF =/
Being Spouse of Navy Man.
in K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
Hey,
sorry for the other confusing topic.
Okay what I meant is that I am going to be a Spouse of a Navy Guy
And so he has no idea how to file and for what to file, but he said that it is kind of different from the normal process, since its easier for the military.
Now I need your help, HOW is it easier, and for WHAT do we have to file ??
