Congrats!! I think you get conditional GC without the need of an EAD. You shouldn't have an interview, but when you ROC, you may have interview.

Our AOS was approved yesterday.. the online status shows..

and New Card is being produced.

We are super happy but i have a quick question..what happens next? can we expect a card (2 yr Temp GC or ead) in mail or do we need to go to an interview.

got our noa1's and bio metric appointment for I485/I765 in mail today. Yay! We included a copy of valid vaccination records in the application - fyi

got SMS nd emails that our I-485,I-765 and I-131 got accepted and are at the NBC (MSC). Not sure if that means faster or slower processing at the moment..

My fiancée got her visa on October 13 th and day 3 , we are still waiting. I have the fly back early next week . Not sure what the delay in Nwd is about.

Our CEAC status is 'Ready' with the following message . I guess we wait for packet 4? CEAC asked us to contact the embassy and i dropped an email to US traveldocs and we mailed out the Packet 3 anyways. We haven't got any notification from CEAC or NWD embassy yet. Anyone with similar experience?

Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment

Your case will probably take about week or so to get to the Embassy and then another week to register it within their systems. Check your embassy's website for their packet 3 instructions or their K1 visa flow chart. I just read the notice from NVC and it says that Embassy will contact the fiancee.

Falcon, can you please confirm if you guys nailed packet 3 and then got a packet 4 after that?

Guess we will wait for NVC email confirmation and act accordingly . The Delhi embassy does not want folks to schedule interviews Ds-160 until they notify them in packet 4 and then have my fiancée do the medicals. This is confusing as £¥¥ . Too many cooks in the kitchen !!

We just got our NVC number today and I checked the ceac website and it says ' at Nvc'

How long does it take nvc to send it embassy ( New Delhi on our case) ?

Can we schedule medicals before sending packet 3 ? All documents for interview are ready..

Do we wait for packet 4 to schedule the interview online ( provided medicals are done a week prior to the interview date) ?

He, glad to have found this thread.. our NOA2 got approved Aug 31st 2015 and we are still at NVC.. I couldn't find the latest p3/4 info on NWD and it appears that process in India is confusing after NVC release.. ( i know it's too early for these q's:)

How long did you wait for the New Delhi Embassy to send packet 3 to you fianc(e)'s Indian address ? Can we wait a week and download the form and send the Part1 and checkbox letter ourselves?if so, what's the address.

How long does it take for packet 4 after that? Do we get the medicals the same day or have to pick them up later?

200 painful days and still waiting, hoping and praying! @ kp7980 ,..your fiance(e) is from Ireland and mine is from India and the date sent is almost similar.. i bet it will be our turn soon.

Yaay, we finally got approved! I just can't decribe how good it feels :D

yesterday I had another mental meltdown because of this insanely frustrating process. and then all of a sudden it happened! congrats to everyone elese who got accepted, and to those who feel like I did yesterday: hang in there -- YOU WILL GET IT SOON! you are badass visa warriors ;-)

Hang in there .. We have the same dates (sent and nao1 ). Looks like our files are in the same box and they are stacked away or with the same darn adjudicator.. ####### really knows heh...

i know how hard to wait believe me, and even when approval happens after your date

i dont know if that because of the attorney, but she told us, she will not be able do anything if there is no approvals in march

and until my fiance had time we contacted her told her, there are tons of approvals happens in march, just she called them today to expedite, and it happened same day, truly have no idea if that because she called them or what

it will come, it is so hard but just be more patience,and u will share it with us very soon and all will be happy like always for each other

Make sure it's a US senator [ those 2 folks that reside in DC] not your local district one. I've contacted my other senator too.. so far nothing !

Here's an interesting tidbit from an adjudicator interview..i'm not sure i believe that anymore since my petition is still 'actively being worked on' when my congressman's inquired 2 weeks ago.
