Today, Maria and I received our I-797, Notice of Action letter in the mail with "Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved...." Date of decision was 04/08/2013. I am surprised we did not get an SMS text message... we were worried because of the RFE.

Btw, Maria's admission date shows 09/02/2010 so does that mean she is eligible to apply for naturalization N-400 on 09/02/2013?
