thing is that students jobs in germany arent taxed, even though theyre official, its a special thing to make our lives as students easier-so shall i list them or not?its a lot then

I have a question concerning the G325A form too. I'm a student, so I only worked summer jobs and part-time jobs, do those have to be listed also or can I just write none?If I write them down, there are huge gaps in between, do I have to explain why there are time gaps?

my fiance, who is filing it, is in the US army. which address does he need to provide there?

and a general question, which address is the USCIS using to send him stuff?the one that he provides on the first page of I-129f?

giuly, unfortunately you got me wrong-were only 4 months into this deployment and its supposedly to be a 14 or 15 month tour, so we still have a long way to go.

does anyone have more information on the expedite?

yes, my fiance is army. i was told that he could get service from jag, but that is only partly true because we would have to be married then, like DCF or K3. so thats not an option then. waiting until after iraq would mean about 6 months more separation and we wanna avoid that by any means.

thanks, germany is a beautiful country indeed and im really proud to be german, but not all ppl are open towards germany because of its past (wwII). well, theres nothing i can do about it anyways.

yeah thats the point, that its easier to have someone there to help me with the birth certificate and all kinds of paperworks. i have a certified pocket sized birth certificate but i read here that we need a long version. i tried to order it online but they wont ship to APO (his address in iraq) and of course neither to germany.

we need additional info like his parents birth dates and cities but he doesnt know them and he cant reach them via phone right now (how sad is that, i know).

yeah, i spent christmas at his dads house and on the outside, hes smiling at me and stuff but hes talking trash behind my back about me being german. believe me, i gave my very best to show all my respect but guess it wasnt good enough.

his mom has 5 kiddos and is like the sweetest person ever but a total messie. i dont wanna trust her with important stuff because im sure it would get lost.

my fiance is currently deployed in iraq for 4 months and we decided that we wanna start the k1 visa. but turns out that were facing a lot of challenges so im wondering if anyone on here has already successfully gone through that or is in the same situation?

the main problem is that his parents arent supportive at all, so we cant count on their help.

any advice on how to do it best?

dann werd ich mal morgen zum fotograph gehen und ihm die vorlagen mitbringen, ein foto von ihm hab ich.

das erste drama gabs jetzt wegen seiner geburtsurkunde-hab die pocket sized one beglaubigt hier, hab jetzt aber gelesen, dass man die long form braucht. dann bin ich auf die internetseite von iowa, und meine laune ging steil bergauf, als ich gesehen hab, dass man es online bestellen kann...aber oh mann, die schippen nicht zu apo (adresse im irak) und natürlich nicht nach deutschland. toll.

mit seinen eltern hab ich gewisse probleme, sie sind zwar nett zu mir und alles, aber seine mom hat 5 kinder und soviel um die ohren, dass da leicht was weg kommt (totales messie haus...) und sein dad unterstützt uns null, weil er der meinung ist, justin sollte eine ami heiraten.

deshalb ist das ne verdammt bescheidene situation. als wäre irak nicht schon schwer genug.

noch ne allgemeine frage: mein nachname hat ein umlaut (ä), kann ich einfach überall ae schreiben oder soll ich bei letters not contained in the roman alphabet noch mal ä schreiben??

das wird stress pur, ich sehs jetzt schon kommen. ich hab seine geburtsurkunde und ssc hier, aber had grad rausgefunden, dass man die long version braucht und ich hab nur pocket size. grrr. er will jetzt mal wo anrufen, wo sie ihm hoffentlich weiter helfen.

hab schon mal gleich ein paar fragen:

1. mein vater hat den namen meiner mutter angenommen. wie soll ich das bei g-325a machen?da ist nur maiden name als option für die mutter.

2. was ist beim I-129F das #A neben der ssn?

3. mein verlobter hat im irak logischerweise keine telefonnummer-kann ich hinschreiben "none due deployment OIF"?

4. soll ich als adresse-where your fiancee intends to live- die adresse seines dads angeben, obwohl wir da niemals leben werden?

5. wie kann ich das geld von hier aus bezahlen?einfach mal bei der bank erkundigen?

6. habt ihr die passbilder bei einem deutschen fotograf machen lassen?

ich bin paula, 22 und mein verlobter justin,22 ist seit 4 monaten im irak. er ist von tx aus deployed und wir wollen jetzt k1 starten, damit wir nach dem deployment nicht wieder getrennt sein müssen.

ich studiere im moment englisch und ev. reli auf bachelor (in einem semester hoffentlich fertig) in münster.

hat jemand erfahrung mit visa aus irak filen?
