My daughter starts travelling alone, (of course w/ my consent) when she was 7y/o. How old are you?

It depends, like me I'm an RN in PI and after 3mos, I found a job. At first I was told that you have to have an experience, so I searched if there's a volunteer that needed in our area. But luckily I got hired,I started from the bottom position but now I'm in a good position. I am also working on my RN license here. Don't rush, relax and you will find a job soon!

August 20, 2008 - Delbros texted at 7:00 am, they will start delivering and in the next 2 days
August 20, 2008 - 4:40pm - Delbros delived my hubby's visaaaaaaaa!!!!!
I'm getting ready, getting ready, getting ready...... His flight? August 26, PAL.... straight flight . . .he he he

July 23 - Interview date and paid DV too!
July 25 - USEM forwarded DV to NSO
Aug 8- NSO forwarded to USEM
Aug 18- USEM printed and released to Delbros
Aug 19- Delbros texted: will deliver MNL2005xxx you must leave a valid ID ...blah blah blah....
My husband is coming!!!

Try calling USEM, I always follow w/ Lorraine, she's nice and more reliable. I spoke to her yesterday, she just said that they will print my husband's visa yesterday and hopefully will receive w/ in this week. I called my husband and he's trying to text me what Delbros texted him. So he just told me on the phone instead. You'll get yours too, just keep on reading VS... malilibang ka like what I did while waiting for my husband. I'm at work now but I keep on reading the posts here....

I guess Lorraine/USEM is not lying! and I'm more comfortable talking w/ Lorraine than Grace. Grace is kind a destructing. She's keeps on saying that from the time the USEM received DV it will take 1-2 wks, is that how long they will review for 1 person? Lorraine will advise you to call again....

July 23- My husband's interview (the day he paid DV too!)
July 25- USEM forwarded to NSO (verified w/ USEM)
July 30- I emailed Delbros and responded to me that they forwarded DV last July 25- they're consistent!
August 6 - Spoke to Richard (NSO), he cannot give any information, advised to call August 7 if DV can be included by Friday
August 7 - Called NSO but lines was busy (didn't spend time to call again)
August 8 - Spoke to PJ (NSO), I gave my husband's name, still waiting for CENOMAR, but birth certificate is ok now.
Sat & Sun - Can't wait 'til Monday. I'm convinced that it's gonna take 1-2 more wks from NSO to USEM.
August 11 - I called USEM, spoke to Lorraine, and advised me that they received the DV last August8, I cannot believe it so I called again this morning August 12, (I hope she's not pissed off) I told her that I cannot hear her well yesterday and she gave me the information that DV was received August 8 and they submitted it w/ other paper works to the Officer and anytime this week the Officer will review it.
DON'T RELY ON WHAT NSO WILL TELL YOU!

Thank you for your greetings "blairbtxh". I guess, all we have to do is to wait and keep on following up to them. I called NSO yesterday and a lady picked up the phone, went like this, "Richard phone, she let it hang while their talking on the other line, imagine after 5 mins. waiting (hellooo this is an overseas call...) a lady picked up again and handed it to PJ. PJ was nice. But I'm just wondering, my husband's birth cert is ok and they're waiting for the CENOMAR, is that from another NSO site, 'cause I believe there's only one sytem they are using if they like to verify something.... Ohhh I know, GOVERNMENT WORKERS OF PILIPINAS that's why... (hayyyy just venting...)

hi guys...........anyone who had thier interview last july 9 and dnt have visa yet till now......raise your hands
Did you pay your DV on the day of your Interview? If yes, maybe it's still at the NSO for DV or USEM now(Reviewing what they requested for DV) or at Delbros already for delivery. We're waiting for my husband's visa too.

I'm new to this site, and I want to say thank you to VJ site for all the information I read and learned from here. I just wish that I found this site before my husband's interview. I just want to ask if how long will I wait from NSO's DV to USEM and from USEM to Delbros. I spoke to Grace of USEM, per her, it's 2 weeks review (AGAIN!) or more. When I heard this I was so dismayed and I don't know what will I tell to our kids that their father is still waiting... anybody on the same boat?
