And is 8/28 the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? (Not letter received date)

i filed at the Vermont service center. yes 8/28 is the receipt date, and i guess my lawyer got the NOA letter, because she scan and email my NOA letter to my email address.

filed on august 21, 2010,

NOA on august 28, 2010

now waiting for biometrics letter.

I find my EAD in the mail today.

Finaly it is time for a driving test.

applied at national benefit center and i am from Houston, Texas

the interview went fine last month ,but the immigration officer asked me for my original birth certificate, which i didnt have at that time . then the next day I-485 and I-30 got touched but status CHANGED asking for additional evidence(which was the original birth certificate in my original language) then after 1 week i send them my original birth- C which was the beginning of this month. AND TODAY ALL OF THE SUDDEN AFTER 14 DAYS THE STATUS ON I485 CHANGED TO CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED, BUT I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ANY APPROVAL NOTICE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. IS IT NORMAL? ALSO I30 NEVER GOT UPDATED TO APPROVED. IT STILL SAYS RUQUEST OF ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE

i filed on 1st July received on July 3rd by uscis got a big REJECTION NOTICE on july 26 cuz of my stupid lawyer mistake agian refiled on july 30. just waiting for the receipt.
