I married my wife in Honduras, there was alot of red tape involved, but well worth it. Not the same thing but I wanted her father to walk her down the aisle, weddings tend to mean alot more to the woman. Her family being able to attend her wedding meant alot. Point being: why can we marry while visiting another country but it is illegal for them to come here and marry while visiting.
How can you have to have a SSN when k1's have to marry in 90 days, there intended's cannot get a SSN that quick. Check into it if nothing else just get a minister who is sympathetic, gather up the relatives and just do it; in the eyes of God....
