Finally.. my online status said "APPROVED and notice sent" on Dec 22. I had no touches since I filed on August 20th,, and now it is approved finally.. Thanks all !!!

I filed I-130 for my husband on 08/08/2008 and received NOA1 from CSC on 08/18/2008. Nothing after that

Anyone filed in August and received approval ?

Also where do you get the information that your file was touched by CSC. I see many people mentioning about 'touch' and I don't see anything on my uscis online status check page. Is there any other way of finding whether your file was touched ?

Thanks.. I did that. It shows last updated as 8/20/2008.. any idea why my file has not been touched after that. Are they suddenly being slow from August.. because the previous months before august 2008 was very very fast.
