hello everybody...im sorry i took so long to share some information here, ive been very busy! but anyways...i had my biometrics app schedule at new orleans office for sep 13th and i decided i was gonna try to go early. on sep 8th i drove one hour to new orleans, got there around 130pm and walked into the empty office, they only had one person ahead of me in line when i talk to the lady at the fingerprints window she told me i had to come back on my schedule day even do they were sitting around without doing anything, was ridiculus!!! so i went again the week after that, drove 1 hour and did everything in 5 minutes and went back home! so now everybody knows not to try early bio at new orleans office!

So nnow im waiting...

bio app for 09/13, might try to go tomorrow for a early bio.

helllo.......i get approved october 6th, and i get my greend card in the mail a week ago.....i'm so happy....thankseverybody for all the support and i hope to talk to be back in two years to remove my conditions.....i did not need to do interview...and that was great.....thanks....

i'm already outside US. I get my AP aproved august 21st and i came to brazil september 10th..... i just brougth one of two copies of my AP because they are exactly the same and i was scar to loose one of them somehow.......Does anybody know if i should have any problems coming back to US....my trip is planning to october 5th.....please somebody help me!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone that has passed interviews, received interview notices, Received EAD's/Ap's.

Just wanted to let you all know that my paperwork has been sent in for the second RFE!! So all good news, hopefully once they get that with the expidited service request i will get it soon.

I would like to know how did you do the expidited service request on EAD?????

Don't worry about the online update, USCIS is not very consistent about that. The transfer letter you got in the mail - what's the date on it? If it is after you sent the RFE back, then it most probably means that they received what they needed and considered the case good enough to transfer to the CSC. That is a good thing! Not sure what happens next (some people receive online update that CSC received their case, some don't), but watch out for that green card in the mail!

Thank you for asking, my dad is stable now... behaves a little bit strange, though.

I'm still in Japan waiting for the offer... my interview went well, I beat other candidates But the company merger happened after the interview... HR say all hiring are now on hold I want to book my air ticket after I get the offer letter, otherwise I want to help my mom. I don't know when the company re-start hiring... sigh

One more story, although I had to use extra energy to get expedited AP, my GC arrived (my husband transferred it to Japan)..... AP is no longer valid. Didn't have chance to use it

I checked planned parenthood, but they do not offer it in L.A. area.

If you know where it is offered cheap, I really appreciate it.

I'd give it to the end of the month and then resend your RFE again, same copy as before. If then after another 1-2 weeks there is no update, then call them.

I had to sent the I-693 in the envelope from the doctor and my vaccination supplement...should i send just a copy now from de I-693 or i get to go back to the doctor and send in a enevelope like the first time....?

I would definitely try with the doctor first - maybe thye would be willing to give you another copy in a sealed envelope without charge (it would mean some work for them to transcribe the form, but maybe they are nice). If not, I would send a copy of your copy of the medical.

hello....today, i went back to the doctor and got another envelope with the I693 that i was supposed to send to chicago tomorrow again...because they still not updated my case and the doctor did not charge anything to redo the papers.....but when i get home i got a letter from USCIS telling me that my case was transfer to california center august 21....i think they get my response for RFE but because they sent to california they did not update in the website......Does anybody know how long usually takes to get aproved after the trasfer?????

First off Stlie, Thank you so much for your input! The IO I spoke with this morning put in a Service Request to Expidite the EAD.

For other news regarding my RFE's: The IO (I was seen 15prior to my apointment, and he was just the nicest gentleman and even commented that I was "So organized". I got there with a rolling file box. LOL) said that as far as the assets go, its very delicate and it needs to be compiled "just so" and that the "just so" is all up to the Adjucator working on each case (of course we all knew this), but I showed him all the paperwork for my Joint Sponsor and he gave it a Thumbs UP! He said they just want to see a good solid number on the taxes. Its just easier for them. (Yeah, great government employees - as long as it doesnt put to much work for them they will accept it).

So keep your fingers crossed that I check on line in the next few days and there will be good news.

in july 21st i received a RFE for medical examination....i got everything ready and sent back, they received at MSC in july 15th, last friday....i still can not see any updated in my case like "case resumed"...Does anybody know how long takes to get a update usually???

My husband and I are filing AOS next month, the papers are all ready,I'm just waiting for him to come home (he's in Iraq). I had my medical last year, June 2007 in Philippines. As I understand it already expired, if we're to follow the 12months validity. My question is, can I go ahead and file the AOS, and just wait if they'd require me to get medical exam again or should I go ahead and get one now before we file AOS next month?

Also, I just find out (here, while reading posts)right now that there's a new requirement for additional vaccines for those who seeks to file AOS, should I get those too?

I just can't find the links. Please provide me more information or links. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

I suggest you to go ahead and do the medical before you apply and send everything together....because your case can get really delay because that....in my case tooke than 4 months to ask me for a new medical examination because mine was expired or they did lost mine papers...so i believe that your case goes faster if you have everything in hands......

i just come to say that i finally finish my second medical examination and send to MSC today....so now I'm praying that they soon go back in my case....
