How many of us in this thread still haven't been approved or had an RFE? I know there at least are one or two others out there...it's getting lonely in here!
Hi guys. Alan and I are still waiting along with you. Its been 149 days now, and our timeline said we should receive our NOA2 between Dec 5th and the 10th, Today is the 12th and nothing as of yet. Other people have received theirs and they have filed after us so we are just wondering where ours is in the stack of paperwork. Im sure we will all receive ours soon. Its been 6 months since Alan and I have seen each other and its so frustrating not having your loved one with you. Well good luck to everyone who is still waiting. Lets hope they all come very soon.

Me neither, still waiting for the first touch
But... in two weeks I am gonna see my fiancé again !!!
He is coming over for 2,5 weeks, so I'm counting the days....... the fun were going to have
We haven't seen eachother for more than 5 months, so I couldn't be happier
Hi, I'm just wondering if your fiance has traveled back into the USA while the I-129f is in progress
I was intending on going over to visit my fiance but from information I got from the US consulate here in
Sydney Australia and the US it's up to the people at your POE whether or not they'll let you in. could you please
let us know if you encounter any problems at all, I really hope everything goes ok for you both

Yes, you can travel with VWP for up to 90 days but even with a valid visa it is at the discretion of the POE officer to 'let you in' and allow you to visit. Don't mention the K1 unless asked... bring plenty of ties to AUS and hope for the best. Many can and do travel with no problems as they wait. It's in the FAQ's and there are posts everywhere about it just search for it.
Kim and Russ, Thank you so much for the information. Alan will definitely bring lots of proof to show hes going back to Australia, I just hope if we spend 2,500.00 on a plane ticket, they dont turn us away. Thanks again. Laura and Alan

Hello everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. I have a question for anyone who has traveled during the paperwork process. We have received our NOA1 and are patiently (not really) awaiting our NOA2. Alan would like to come over for about 3 or 4 weeks around the holidays this year, but we are not sure if this is possible. We have tried e-mailing the Sydney consulate because they usually respond within a few hours, but we havent got a real direct answer. Has anyone traveled during this process? He will be coming from Australia to Florida. Can we do this during this process or do we have to wait?

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know we received our NOA1 today. Yipee!!!!! Vermont received our paperwork on July 18th, and we received NOA1 24 days later. Not too bad. Wow what a relief that something is happening. Good luck to everyone else waiting. It will happen. Now we just have to sit and wait for our NOA2.

I am so happy for all those who filed in July, that has recieved their NOA1, but i'd like to start a post for us who filed a K-1 in July and their service center is, Vermont. If one has already been started excuse this post. I think, for those who filed a K1 in July and at Vermont.. it'd be so mush easier to track whats going on with our own thread. I keep reading how someone got their NOA1 and I get excited then I see it's for another service center.
So, if it's fine with July, K1/Vermont filers.. lets start posting here to make it much easier for us to track Vermonts progress.
We sent in our paperwork on July 17th, Vermont received ours on July 18th, and now were waiting along with everyone else. It's nice to know we're not the only ones.

Congrats to you Candyland. We just got approved today. I called USCIS at 3:30 today because we were almost to 180 days and the girl told me that they were processing March 2008, so I was disappointed, then I checked my email at 8:30 pm and there was the approval notification. It came at 5:30. This is going to be a wonderful year. Congrats again to you and the rest of the July filers yours should be coming soon.
