  1. hi! i would like to know who among you guys is a k3 visa and already filed their AOS with EAD? i would like to ask if you already received your EAD?i have filed mine last first week of October, and the last letter i have received was the schedule letter for biometrics referring to my AOS. im really getting bored, i cant apply for work and driver's license. does it really take that long? thanks....

  2. hi! dont worry, you are not alone ;) i had my interview last may 23 the consul ask me for evidence of current sustained income... my fiance is not working as of now bec. he is under medication. we submitted the documents last july 12 and they received it july 15... my fiance called last july 21 for follow-up, grace (the one who entertain the calls) told us to wait until one month :crying: we know it is very long wait but we need to follow them. dont give up... be strong! try to ask ur husband to make a call to the usem bec. they give priority to the USC callers (F) i hope it helps u.... delete ur worries now... :P keep smiling :)

hi! is your passport still with you? or did u submit it too with the documents? did u pay the delbros delivery fee (pink slip)... i suggest that you still call them on weekly basis. thank you for the reply.

  3. oh my gosh! i'm in the exact same boat as you are. my husband stayed here in the philippines til march 2007. we actually worked together in the same company for a year. he only got started in his new job 3 weeks ago. he already has a certificate of employment and a copy of his paystub. his mom is our co-sponsor. but anyway, his bank account is just a few hundred dollars! i wonder if that would be a problem. any thoughts, anyone?

i think the papers you need to submit should be notarized in the US, like his employment letter and pay stub. because i tried submitting the same documents during my interview and the CO said that its "only papers, i need it notarized". so dont waste time, have it notarized.

  4. hi! i had my interview last July 1, 2008 for my k3 visa. after the interview the Consular officer told me that my husband's income is not sufficient. but i also submitted a co sponsor (his mom). the CO said that that my husband have to support me on his own. i explained to her that my husband is currently working twice as his salary from last year. the CO said that she is not in the position to explain it. she said wait for my name to be called outside. so as i was waiting for my name to be called, i was thinking maybe my husband's W2 is not enough because he just worked for 4 months last 2007 (he just graduated last april 2007 in the Philippnes).and applied a new job this year after passing his licensure exams in US. so as my name was called, the girl handed me my proofs of genuine relationship(which they didn't even bothered to browse) and a pink paper for delbros, and a white paper with checklist that i should submit the bank statement and certification of present employment of my husband. i submitted the said documents with my passport last july 14.and i called the US embassy last july 22, the operator said that the US embassy receivd my document verification last friday (july18) and my papers are now with the consular officer for review.

my question is am i approved? has anyone of you experienced the same problem in regards with the additional papers to be submitted? how long was your visa delivered. imrealy sad with the way our papers was being processed. thanks... :(
