The punishment was just; the culprits got what they deserved.
If these nincompoops lived in Davao, they could have long died of lead poisoning.

Tex, are these two of the girls?
Wow, what an amazing pair of red trophies!

Speaking of females and crappie, here are some beauties from my fishing hole!

Greetings AJ. My avatar is a comment on the 2010 elections. Who knows what the fickle electorate will do when the first Tuesday in November 2012 arrives, or who will be the standard bearer of either party.
A Romney/Bachmann ticket looks formidable. Down with the burros!

Quezon is a tapestry of old Spanish-style houses with Castilian architecture and character.
Sounds like my hometown of Vigan, Ilocos Sur (below).

We've just sent a BB box to Davao through Atlas. I hope Atlas is more reliable than Ace Cargo.
Bill, your avatar suggests that Romney will crush Obama in 2012!

íWow, el rey de Las Filipinas!
¿Con dinero, sin dinero, TCO hace siempre lo que quiere y su palabra es la ley? ¿El no tiene trono ni reina y nadie que le comprenda pero sigue siendo el rey? (with apologies to José Alfredo Jiménez).
íFelicidades!

Be certain as to who are you gonna bring to America. And if, as The Beatles would sing, "she's got a ticket to ride ... she don't care"!
Furthermore, be careful of the girl who would say, "ain't got nothing but love babe ... eight days a week"!

Tex, I know your story is pure satire, but, you are on VJ in the middle of the day? I guess the bass ain't biting, so says the solunar table. The moon is in its first quarter phase, prompting the largemouths to fast, but there should be other species that are ready to swallow your lure!
Yep, lots of other fishes roam in the Philippine seas. There is the dalagang bukid, the shy innocent provinciana who could be a very caring partner. Or, a bangus, one greedy critter that can milk you forever. Or, a pating that can shred you and your concubine into pieces; or a dalag that's too slippery to get unless you got velcro palms. And then, you got the tilapia which is regular fare!

Great Texas names for the kid
That's true. And if you are a country music buff in California, it should be Haggard Buck or Merle Owen!

It appears that a new shining star is rising in the horizon. Who would have imagined that an offspring of farm hands who could have possibly toiled at the cane plantations in Oahu or at the asparagus fields in Salinas just hit the mother lode and becomes the chief magistrate of the Golden State? Eureka! Wow, amazing, and we doff our hats...

Lighten up girl. We're just having horseplay. Chill out. You're staring to sound like a Kanuk.
Marie, you ain't talking about some members of The Mod Squad, are you?

There's no need to teach the missus as she has been driving in the PI for over 10 years. The only problem now is how she can abide by the speed limits. Say, on a trip to the Bay Area last week along pastoral Interstate 5 in California's San Joaquin Valley, from the Grapevine to Santa Nella, she was impersonating Danica Patrick doing her thing at Infineon Raceway! However, I was often times enthused, wishing that the girl cop on the Go Daddy commercial would appear.

Yes, we saw him, too. But hope next time, he gets a big check like this at the 19th hole.
You can say it again! When I made a hole-in-one 2 years ago, my check at the 19th hole at Eagle Glen CC was around $300. Golf is indeed a peculiar game, you make an ace and all the Coors and Coronas and nachos and hot dogs consumed at the clubhouse are added to your tab. Furthermore, what other game can you think of where the winner is the guy with the lowest score?

Noynoy, Manny, Gibo, or Erap?
Anybody not named Aquino! And, don't forget Junior for Senator.

I got to agree with my wife (poster # 3 above) on the sex. She's barely a month here in the US, hence, we have to strike while the iron is hot!
-
We're concerned about my wife's kin folks in coastal Daval del Sur.

Congrats to Senora Bonita too.
Damo gid a salamat pro!
She'll be with me on my next trip to your neck of the woods, when winter is over, of course. She'll have goosebumps on the floating bridge over Lake Washington. And, I bet she might want to be on the observation deck of the Space Needle.

Charlie, my congratulations to you and Pam! Now, don't forget the extra Benjamins because Pam might want to try her beginner's luck at the slots and tables at Wild Horse Pass.

wondering how long for issuance of visa?
It won't take long. My wife's visa was delivered to her in Davao 2 days after her interview. She was interviewed on February 3 and her visa was delivered on February 5.

well see i was planning on driving to los angeles to get her about 12 hours round trip but I noticed I can fly her right into phoenix for $15 more!!! so I think that would be alot better
Charlie,
If I were you, I'd drive to LAX to pick her up. Spend a day or two in the City of Angels and take a short drive to San Diego. Who knows, your missus might never see the sea again, at least in the near future anyway. Get back to the I-10 on your way back to Phoenix; she might be delighted to hit the tables or the slot machines on the way. There are 4 casinos on the California portion of the 10 freeway.
Enjoy the leisurely drive along the desert floor. There's nothing between Indio, Calif. and Goodyear, Ariz., but I'm pretty sure that the sights of barren land, sagebrush and saguaros may enliven Pam's heart and soul, diverting her thoughts from the folks she left behind back in the P.I. to her new home in the Valley of the Sun!

Yes, Go Chargers!
But let's NOT forget another great SD football team, The San Diego Seduction of the LFL!
The tough decision is to decide WHICH SD team has the best tight ends!

I agree, them ladies are better than the Bolts. They got the best backs in all of football!
And to the OP, hang down your head but don't cry. After all, tomorrow is another day!

The I-551 stamp on your wife's Philippine passport well let her back into the US from Mexico.
If your cruise ship docks in Cabo San Lucas for a day, don't forget to go on an optional land tour of the Los Cabos area. The landscape is quite pretty and, with the saguaro cactus everywhere, you might think you are in Arizona by the sea!

On second thought, it's possible that they were fall guys.
