    good morning,

    I also am on disability and receive a pension and Social Security. What he needs to do is contact his company that he gets his pension from and request his 1099 for the last 3 years, also if he is collecting SS he will need to request his 1099 from SS also. Those documents are ok to use in place of filed tax returns, but he should get the ones for the last 3 years to be safe a
