not for CR1, it's NVC who schedule an interview and inform you by email

i checked you profile today, and i'm soooooooo surprised, you helped me alot when we wanted to sent our petition in january, you are still waiting for an approval and i got my visa yesterday!!!!! uscis is really doing a bad job, how they let people wait so long and give approvals for people who filed later...i'm so sorry, bonne chance et j'espère que tout ce passera
