    On February 19, 2015, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxxx. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

    I'd try calling the military line yourself. Couldn't hurt.

    We filed in July 08 and were approved in February 09. It seems like CSC and VSC go in cycles. Nothing I ever did made it go faster including contacting my congressman and senator. Our whole group was approved before us.
    I know waiting is miserable but I'd try to find something else to focus on together as much as possible. CSC is a waste of energy. Good luck!

    Even if she had gotten it, it is no longer valid proof that she can accept employment. She actually needs the physical EAD card now for an employer.

    Trying to get them on the phone is brutal; sorry I don't have the number. We had better luck with email. June 11 is pretty optimistic for a flight.
