Hi mga sis just want to ask some quick questions regarding CRBA..my due date is on October 15 but probably 1st week of october..pwede ba kung sa USEM na ako kukuha ng form for CRBA kahit nde pa nanganganak or kailangan lumabas na muna ung baby tska kukuha ng form? sa september 2 kc ang interview ko balak ko sna kumuha na ng form para malaman ko na ung mga requirements habang nde pa umuuwi ung fiance ko pra maasikaso na nya sa september 18 ang balik nya dito..kung merun kayo copy of requirements pahingi naman ako..thanks so much

dont have a case number yet..do my fiance need to email or call the NVC to get my MNL case number or the NVC will forward it to my fiance? is it ok if i'll call the NVC instead of my fiance?

gurls help naman kailangan ba dumating ang confirmation letter from USEM bago mag punta sa SLEC? or kahit wala pang appointment letter pwede na? pinapaschedule ba ang medical? we've got our approval last week in mail.

I had an employer who is located in california who filed I-140 for me before and because of retrogression in nurses it was still pending and no visa available. My fiance filed a K1 visa for me and was approved.

HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF? (IF YES,WHO?) what do i need to write in this part since my fiance doesnt want to relocate in california i decided to cancel my immigrant petition once i arrive in vegas.
