    Hello,

    Just a quick question I'm the principal sponsor since im unemployed since 2010 my husband is filing 1-864a to sponsor my mom, for the past 4 years we filed tax as husband and wife as a joint filing tax. im confused about the item number 25 Do i need to check that i have filed federal tax or the optional one below the my total income. and one more question do i need to fill up this tax year and total income since i have a joint filing tax. thankyou

    I have my biometrics done last december of 2010, i will be out of the country soon that's why i can't wait for the greencard.... They say if you leav the country with greencard expired even you have the extension letter with you, you still need your passport to be stamp... I'm planning to be outside of the US for 11 months? D i need the reentry permit from immigration? How will this affect my naturalization?

    I'm about to submit my I-751 form with the documents, i have some concerned regarding my change of address, we've been moved 4 times already but i never fill out the AR-11 form of change address. But i want them to contact me with the first address the we used with my paper works. Do u think i will penalized and cannot obtain my removal of condition? I will send the AR-11 and I-865 change address but i put mailing address with the old adress that we are using before coz that address belongs to my inlaws. Do i need to submit the AR-11 and I-865 since our mailing address has not change only our present address changed. I'm confused....If i need to submit those can i mail the form of change address same time with my I-751. Thank u...

    Currently residing here in arizona with my husband and children, i used to live back in california at my in-laws house where all my documents addressed. We moved 3 times with different addresses since i got here in US last 2009. My in-laws informed me last night that they got the noticed from USCIS about the removal conditon of my GC c0z its expires 02/03/2011. Right now i can't file the change of address or AR-11 and 1-865 for my husband because we are waiting for the escrow of the house that we are buying i know we can get the key of the house towards the end of this month. My question is do i need to wait for the house that we are buying to get finalize before we can file the change address form since we can stay here in apartment only this end of the month. i need help..coz in the form of I-751 it says lists of all the addresses since i got my permanent residence..

    Hi. Welive in Seattle, Washington and there are two hilot ladies here. What is funny is that I never believed in the healing power of hilots. I am a doctor here and I have always believed that things have a scientific or medical explanation. But last week something happened to my husband. And I dealt with it as a doctor should. Then my mommy suggested that my husband go to the hilot person. I was totally against it but then I ended up giving into my mommy's request. So we walked up to this beautiful house and this old pretty lady answered the door. She was about 80 years old and she says she's from Mindoro.

    So she took my husband with her in the room. My mom and I followed after about 5 minutes. To my surprise, my husband was walking again. OMG! The night before, he sprained his ankle and I heard a pop. So I assumed that he probably broke something cause he was in so much pain. I gave him pain medication throughout the night to stop the pain and was gonna take him to the ER at 5am. The incident happened at 3am. But my mommy wanted to go to the hilot first.

    So all I can say is that I am a believer now and there are just some things that you can't explain. God bless you all.

    tnx for all reply, Anyway my husband don't believe in hilot but one time he cant move his neck cause it's too much pain then i brought him in hilot at fist she's against with it but when he tried it and he feels better...So everytime he visits philippines he always asked to go get some hilot eventhough he dont have any pilay he just like it...

    We just move here in US (long beach, CA) last month with my 2 kids, 2 yrs old and 4 months baby. Actually everytime my kids have a fever i rushed them to their pediatrician and if the fever occured for more than 2 days i take them to hilot and gumagaling naman sila. It means some fever cause by pilay especially sa mga kids. Well, my 4 months baby have a fever for about 2 days already and i took him to the doctor and thanks everything is ok. i gave him the tylenol for fever but his fever is on and off. I've been worried to much for him i'm thinking maybe he needs a hilot. I'm just trying if maybe some of you guys know the hilot. tnx

    Anybody knows how to file for tourist visa? I'm leaving Feb. 3 to US. I'm thinking to invite my mom to visit me in US. What are the requirements needed? Is this ok that my husband will the one who sponsor her? tnx i need some idea...

    I have 2 kids both obtained a US passport but we are recently staying here in the philippines. My eldest daughter travel a lot outside of the country. She can stay here in the philippines because she had an ACR everytime she fly i just pay 1k plus in the immigration.

    Thanks for this site, it help a lot for the journey of my visa. I had my interview last Nov. 17 2008 and submit my additional documents last Dec. 23 then by Jan. 5 text me that they are preparing my visa to dispatch. Jan. 6 delivered my visa but i was out of town i just got back from bikol Jan. My neighbor said the guy left a phone number whenever im available i can call him to deliver my visa. And the happiest moment i just got my visa today...

    You can bring the additional doc/s requested to the embassy anytime but....(check the white paper given to your wife, it's indicated there that you need to submit the doc/s within one year or else your case be terminated). Why did the embassy gave exact date of submission? Indeed, there's no definite time when you can complete the doc/s requested... more the CENOMAR coz it will take about 15 days (you're lucky if you go to NSO branches where you can get it in ONE day)...

    She went to the main office of the NSO and that is where they said come back Jan 6th. Are you saying she can go to a branch of the NSO and get it the same day but not at the main office? And if already applied at main office can she still get one from a branch? Not sure why the interviewer said by next Thursday? Maybe she misunderstund him? Thanks for the help.

    I've done with my interview at USEM last Nov. 17 and the consul ask me to submit the marriage index and crba of my son. The marriage index takes 10 days at any branch of the NSO or even at the main office of the NSO. I just wonder what room number of your wife did her interview with the consul coz some of the applicants didnt ask the marriage index.

    i would like to ask how long before i receive it and what are the contact number of delbros coz i want to text them and track my baby's crba & passport.. when can i text them since i just sent back the docs yesrterday, dec. 3rd...

    We just had our appointment last Nov. 26 at the embassy for my son's passport. My son is 1 month old only and his birth certificate was released last Nov. 28. The consul ask his birth certificate and my hubby old passport so i just drop off the additional documents last tuesday Dec. 2. I ask the consul it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver the passport. I'm just curious why you took so long to sent the additional documents? And why your papers stuck at the NVC. tnx

    but sad because i left my daughter in philippines because of certain problem in our documents..but we filed already her I130..

    how long is the process of that?my daughter is 4yrs old and her dad is US citizen..

    I have a problem about my husband papers, the consul found out that my husband birthplace doesnt match to his passport and his naturalization. Acoording to his naturalization paper his birthpalce was in thailand but on his passport was in cambodia. the consul ask me why different and i told her i dont know. After my interview i ask my husband why his birthplace in naturalization and passport doesnt match, he told me it's a mistake of his mom but his real birthplace was in cambodia. That's why i'm on AR (administrative review). But they gave me a pink slip with 221g. Do u think it's enough reason for them to deny my visa. I'm kinda stressed right now...Pls help what i need to do.

    And no you were not denied! they just need more from you. I also got interview yesterday at the USEM Nov17, i got a pink slip. another friend was with me, they gave her a pink and blue slip, she lacks cenomar. she will be submitting it today.

    Thanx for the reply, the lady gave me a pink slip and white form with checked that i need to submit to them those documents, what the white form means? why some got a blue slip but we are the same lacking of documents?
