Hello every one, My wife filed for me The I-130 in The Us Embassy in Abu Dhabi, we had our interview on June 10th it went ok , the lady there said that our case looks good, we had our baby with us there by the way, she said that the only major thing about our petition was that we needed a proof that we are really planning to live in the states and not just use the visa as a multientry one, so her suggestion was that my mother in law who is also my wife's joint sponsor on the I-864 would send us a letter saying that she will host us in her house or any other proof of domicile,
We agreed on that, we asked how long it takes and she said like 2 weeks, and that the administrative process will not start till we show that evidence, then my wife left to the states on june 15th, i recieved the letter from her mom and i went to put it down today, the 29th, the same lady met me and said that this was not enough, and that she needs a proof that my wife is in the states like a picture or something to be emailed to the embassy email and so, and she told me that i need to follow my case number on the website and once it is up, then i need to go get my visa, i told her that i thought it was not in process yet she was like "ahh, actually, let me check............", and then she said " no it is already sent to washigton and in process",
Sowhatr i want to ask about is that, how long more should i expect to wait before the AP finishes, it has already been 9 month
