After 15 months waiting on my case. I went to local office and I got an 12 months stamp on my passport. I think that my case will break waiting record for vsc. Good luck everybody!

3 days after my fingerprints appt. I had the same updated on my case. It was on March 23th, 2008. It was the last update. I filed my I-751 application on February 5th 2008. Good Luck!

I filed my application at the end of May, had my biometrics and hadn't heard anything since a notification saying I had been transferred to VSC. When I checked my online status the other day, there was this update from November 13th. Any ideas what exactly this means if anything?

The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

there's always a possibility. You were probably transfered from Texas to Vermont right? Applications in Vermont are taking 10 and 11 months. Right now they're approving people that submited in Dec 07, there has even been approval of late Dec. filers, so like I said, there's always a chance. Good luck

VSC seems to have slowed down on approvals since they started working on Dec'07 filers. Coincidentaly, that's the month VSC started to receive applications transfers from TSC. So far, they approved around 50% of cases from December in the last 30 days. If this keep this pace, their backlog will back up to 13-14-15 months in Jan, Feb and March next year.
