I wanted to be a May filer..but ended up being a June filer. Lulu...amman is 2-2.5 months out on interviews? Me and my friend Hani are watching your case closely. He is a March filer and hasn't been touched yet in Cali.

Don't be sad Rajaa, i'm still here! We filed May 2nd and still no approval. We got an RFE last week and mailed it to them again today. I hope it wont get another 2 mos before we receive an NOA2. Huhuhu!!!!

By the way, the RFE Richard received is for his divorce papers. I130 didn't require it so we didnt include it in our first mail. It sucks that we have to wait again. I'm crossing my fingers it wont take another 3mos to have our NOA2.

RFE is short for Request For Evidence.

are you guys K3 or CR1? if you haven't filed the I-129F, then you are still CR1..

Jen, thank you very much. I'll update/edit my immigration timeline in a sec. I don't know if we are a K3 or a CR1. My husband filed for I130. Does it mean we're a CR1? Do we have to file a I129F? Richard said he called the service center and they said we only have to file I130, not I129F. We are getting confused now.

don't be confused.. you guys are CR1. filing the I-129F means you want the non-immigrant K3 visa, which is faster but not that much faster really. up to you guys. so you might want to update everything here in VJ that you are CR1.

Got it. I think we'll just stick to CR1, hehehe.

Guys, can you add us (Richard & Sassy) in your May I-130 tracking spreadsheet??? We filed our I-130 May 2 and got our NOA1 May 6, California Service Center. We still haven't received NOA2. Status is still CASE RECEIVED AND PENDING.
