hello june filers it been a while since i did not send any post here ,, anyway i m really happy to see all thses aprovals and all the people wo got their interview leteers ,, anyway ,, i got my inerview letter in november ,, and my interview day is the 27 th january ,,, my status online still says case recieved an pending ,, but i got some touchs on january 8th ,, and today aswell ,,, i m just wondering if some of u who already recievd their interview letters had the same thing ,, ,, is it normal ?juts curious ,,,, thanks

hi guys ,,,, today i opened the mail box and found the letter from the uscis for biometrics appointment ,, its scheduled for june 15 at 2 pm ,, thank god,,,,,,

june 09 : mailed the aos

june 23: recieved the noa in mail for aos ... noa notice is 20 june

july03 :received letter for biometrics for the 15th july

................................yes i m able to track my case online with the uscis using my reciept number MSC..... i ve been able to do that since the fist day i got the noa ,, i also have an account with the uscis website where i can follow my application precess , till today my aplication has been touched last time on the 23th june ,, 3 days after the noa ,, thatwas the only touch,,,i see here that most people have a k1 visa and they r applaying for EAD TOO ,, i ve a k3 visa i sent for my EAD alone on september 2007 and i got it on december2007 ,, i already have EAD valid for 2 years(will expire on july 2009 exacetely like my k3 visa)and i have a social sucurity number as well,,,i wonder if my process is gonna be deffirent of yours guys,, ,,,, i m just curious ,,,,thisisa quetion for people who got their biometrics letter already : HOW MANYTIMES YOUR APPLICATIN HAS BEEN TOUCHED BEFORE U GOT THE BIOMETRICS LETTER ? thanks

thank u everybody ,, i just want to add something about moving ,, its very important to the uscis ,, when u move to an other place try to change your adress with the uscis online withing 10 days after u move , me and my wife bought a house ,, when we moved together i did my change of adress with the uscis online m but ameran citizen has to send an adplication by mail to the uscis ,, i dont remeber what that frm is called but its available at the uscis website ,, we recived a noa after we mailed ,, its exately simillar to this noa i recieved for aos ,, but its for sponsore change of adress ,,,,thank u everybody and i wish u a good quick visajourney,,,,

now i m really a little bit worried cause i see people with june 23th and june 20th noa they got their biometrics appointement for july 16th and july 10th ,, i m a june 20th ,, i still did not get anything in the mail ,, it suuuuuuuuuucks / / /

thank u evreybody for our riplay , i m really so glad to join this forum ,anyway we r all in the same journey and i hope good luck to everybody ,,, there is an other thing that i dont understand ,, that there is some people who gets approved wihout having an interview , they just receive an email saying (aproval notice sent) ,, i had a friend who got his card mailed to him and they did not require him to have an interview... its just odd ,,,,,

actually i have a quetion , i came to the states on a k3 visa , my second marriage anniversary is gonna be on september 11th ,,so now i got my Noa to my AOS on june 20th ,, if my AOS gets aproved after my marriage is 2 years old ,, am i gonna get a conditional GC or an unconditional one?? ,, thanks
