I just want to ask if theres somebody here that has a same case with me,regarding about my EAD until now i still didn't receive it its almost 2 months since they receive my RFE that I mailed to them...I didn't got an update too..I'm just worried

I just want to ask something regarding my social security card, I went there to our SSA to get the restrictions from ssc but the woman there told us that they cant change my card because the DHS system still says that my name is still in my maiden name and they still didn't update it so, SSA said that they will make a report to DHS to verify my name.Im just confuse how come that the DHS didn't update my name but they have already issued me my GC?Do i need to wait for my EAD and go back there again to SSA?Hope theres somebody here can enlighten me regarding this matter.Im very much confused.

Im so very much happy right now...I RECEIVED MY GREEEN CARD..last monday ..I still cant beleive it ..I thought it was an RFE but its not..I dont have any TOUCHED since I done my biometrics but God is really good nothing is impossible in HIM.Just keep praying...I still didn't received my EAD but I dont care anymore as long I have my GC..We went to our tag office yesterday to get my State ID & Im lucky to have it,it only take 10 minutes...But I have a little problem here regarding our SSA,we went there yesterday to remove the restrictions from my Social Security Card the woman said she cant issue me because the system from the DHS is still not updates,,it still shows my maiden name,,she told us to give a week or 2 & come back there again because the DHS system is still not yet updated...I just cant understand because I already get my SSC before in my married name

Why is it that I can't still check my EAD online????
its almost 1 month now since I done my Biometrics...I can see here that almost everybody in january filers have been updated & seen their case online....im worried now 11/25/08 -------- arrived in Mcalester, Ok

That was i was thinking that maybe the teller in the bank gave us the wrong # , but when i check my I485 online when I receive the NOA its correct, and I called the USCIS the woman said that maybe its only a technical error from their system...

I just want to ask & hopefully somebody could answer me regarding my problem here it goes like this...I check my status online after the bank cleared my check back last Feb.4, 2009 & they give me the # @ the back of the check then i check it online and it say like this..

My question is how come that I130 came out in their system & not my I485?And I also apply for cahnge of address online & when I received the confirmation letter it sates there my Case type is I130?????Im so very confused now..

I just want to know if this case is just fine regarding my EAD aplication,,I done my biometrics last FEB 28, 2009 for my I485 & I765 the problem is, I cant view my EAD case status online it always says that they cant find my case status online but my I130 states that my case was transferred to CSC, How come it goes like this...is there somebody experience like this also?...please let me know Im just worried...

Hope i can have a quick reply here..I have a question regarding my change of address.We will moving next week Feb 11 to our new house & I have a pending case from USCIS..I check today & my check was already been cleared,so were hoping to get the NOA next week so what shall I do to noify the USCIS regarding this matter.Any replies will be appreciate..

Hey, my Wife and I did the same thing when we went to get her SS Card. We were already married but didnt have the Certificate yet so we went back once we had it and they changed it right away no problems, just be sure to bring your marriage certificate with you.

ok thanks we will do it maybe next week because its gonna be holiday for the next 2 days...So another question...just bit confusing regarding about the middle name..so your wife use your family name as her family name right?so how about her midde name?

Just want to have enlightment guys regarding my ssn..I aplied my ssn after 1 week I arrived here on my place,were already married when I applied for it but its still in my single name.They just confused on the middle name thats why they put in my single name for temporary.The SSA officer told me that we will just go back after all the papers were done so that they can change it for my married name. is this ok?
So what if we will come back to SSA office and change it for my married name?is that possible without yet the papers from USCIS?

What did the letters say?
2 letters are the same.....just the same letter stating that they already forwarded our case at our embassy here in Philippines,,the only difference is the date....

It should normally take a couple of weeks to reach the embassy after approval, with a brief layover at NVC.
Once your case is approved, call NVC and ask to speak to an operator.
I just want to know if how would I know if our papers was already received by NVC?and how long it will take from NVC to US Embassy?we got approved last Sept.26,2008..just curious regarding about that, in addition with that how could we track our papers to make sure that NV already received it...... ...thanks....My Timeline

Hi to all mommies here,,,im Belle, also a mom soon,,im 15 weeks pregnant,,may ask lang ko d2 regarding sa pagbubuntis sabi nila masama daw lagi ang magbabad sa computer lalo na if youre pregnant?..is this true?im always pa naman sa computer kasi this is the only way i can talk to my friends & family back in Phils..what do you think mga mommies?
