CAn anyone update me, I just receive my interview letter. My interview date will be July 28. Thanks a lot.

kiko, did you get your interview letter yet?

The only option I've heard that works for some is to call the 800 number hit option 2 and then option 3 and tell the first level rep you never got your receipt notice. They should transfer you then to an IO. The IO won't know why you called so just explain the real reason for the call to them.
yub this is the way. Tell the IO " It has been 30 days and you didn't receive anything." He/she will trransfer you to a 2nd tier level IO. This IO can check your up to date case status. Good luck and let us know how it work out for you. I call and the second tier IO told me that my application in quote for an interview. Hope I will receive an interview letter in couple weeks.

Hi guys! I got a transfer notice of my I-751 to CSC from VSC on March 4. Got approval letter on April 6 with only one letter for my first name and full last name. I figured they mistyped it, so I called the cusomer service to make sure they fix it before I get the card. First they told me that they don't see my case as approved in their computer(ofcourse their system is always slow), and they sent a notice of correction to my card. Still didn't get the card. I'm wondering if by calling I only screwed it up, and now it will take forever for them to put it all together.
Any ideas or similar cases?
Hi, the approve letter always show the initial letter of your first name and last name. For your question, I really have no idea. hope you receive you card soon. However I was approve on March 24 and receive the card on April 12. The card was sent from california so it take longer time.

Getting cash aid and food stamps should not affect your chances to become an USC.
Agree. I know a lot of people get cash aid and food stamps and most of them are citizen. Good luck on your application.

I still didn't receive anything today. Hope I will get something tomorrow. People usually receive the letter from USCIS on friday.

Thank you so much for the congratulations, ItalianinNYC, Weirdon, ShakysGirl, GolferAdam and Ant&D. And congrats to Craig2006 also!
Weirdon - Your RD is June 23 2008 - correct? I'm sure it's on its way to you. My RD was 3/11/08, the approval date was 3/18/09, but the postmark on the letter wasn't until 3/20, and then it took 4 days to get to us. So yours may go out in another batch and take another few days to get to you. Hang tight!
GolferAdam - I know you're at VSC, but they are really getting going - sure you will be approved within the next 30 days - they are making progress! Us Texans have to stick together!
AnytaHolland and JasmineLily - I'm going to PM y'all - because we'll take up all the thread with chatter otherwise!
Thanks Wannabe, hope I will receive the mail from USCIS soon.

Hi, I just registered today but I have visited this forum very frequently. I am a June filer and have been transferred to California from Vermont on February 11th. I have been anxiously waiting for the mail for over two weeks but I still have not received anything. As you all know, waiting is unbearably painful. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who is in the same situation.
Hi, I'm in the same situation. My RD is June 23. Seeing everybody got the reply from USCIS and I didn't receive anything yet is very painful. Hope we will have a good news this week.

OMG, grats wannabe texan. I still wait for the letter from VSC. very worry now
-
I think it just a random pick, you will be fine Moshin. My rd is June 23 and I got transfer on Feb 12. I got touch on Feb 20. I didn't hear anything from them up to today. lol I'm very worry now because most of people hear something from them. they funny thing is I didn't care about it at the beginning because it just a remove condition. I can work travel study on waiting time. However, I'm really worry now. I remember on another thread people said INS move 10k files and there will be some lost files on the way. Thanks for reading everyone but this feeling is not easy.

Hi, yes she can stay at U.S. She can apply for waiver when she removes her condition on 2010. Just telling her to keep everything that prove your marriage in faith. Another thing is you have to make sure in the document that the divorce is your fault not your wife. Good luck.
