not to worry but our's was transferred to CSC and month after month went by with nothing happening. And then this april we got a RFE wanting us to send them pictures of us holding a news paper and for us to write a letter on how we meet each other from both of us and some more things so we sent it off and today we got the good news . But before the RFE we got a notice that the case was transferred again but it never went anywhere else. We sent our adjustment of status off to them last may and so ours took a year . Lol crazy on how long it takes to get it. The only thing I can say is just do everything they ask for and just wait it out . see what you can do while you wait lol

We got touched today 12/11/08 and our last touch was june the 17th . Hoping its our approval

well we have a service request in now we are so tired of the bull at vsc They cant say that we dont see each other because this is my 4th trip to canada this year Iam still in canada now came up here on 10 nov and leaving on the 16th dec so in all I have spent about 3 months here this year in all so back to waiting

Well about global warming yes it has always been around . now that some of the ice is melting they have found tools and things that they was using back then. So the wealther is just correcting what happened years ago! So what caused the ice age back then people was mining back then now then are finding the tools that they was using back then. And lol talking about the gases that are released in the air well what are you going to do run around putting corks up the cows butts . Study has shown that cows release so much gas into the air .So we can keep eating our hamburgers or use the corks lol. The world will always be changing every min of the day it has always done this > Good day lol just be happy and enjoy the life you have and love one another

Man I hope we all get our approvals soon lol I will too not have any hair left. I wish we could get 1 big list and we all contact the very same people over and over until they are sick of hearing from us then maybe they will get the message that their uscis system is broken

I find out that Iam not the only trying to see what is taking them so long with our NOA2 your right its not first come first serve. I have emailed and faxed copied phoned and mailed copys of everything to my congressman and senator . I think if you got paid for after they did the cases that would work faster lol No visa approved no pay check lol How about if we all went to vermont and formed a line at their office door on a monday then maybe they would start thinking they need to get their act together because we all need answers and our loves one with us now . The time we spend apart from them we can never get back never never

Well we are still waiting on our NOA2 put in a service request today, I think may was a bad month to begain with because all the other months seam to get approvals fast . How many other may filers are still waiting here I would like to hear from you thanks

it also depends on who is working on the your case I have a K-129 F there I sent it in april so I guess I have another month but then they have had alot of k1F already approved I have called my congressman and senators about this and they sent me back a letter telling them that they are working on the march now. So again we just have to wait this out its crazy I know but its the crazy goverment

Anyway we have been waiting for over 6 months now and yes getting really tired of it but so I guess we have to keep on waiting nice to meet everyone see you around

I feel we (in the US) should have much stricter 'trucking' regulations - similar to Europe/Germany; e.g., smaller trailers, stricter 'sleeping/rest' restrictions, much stricter vehicle safety inspections, and lane restrictions (far right lane only). What's your take?

First of all if the restrictions was more than we have now then you would be complaining because your grocery store is half empty . And for us staying in the right lane well buddy then you are just going to eat up our hours that we can drive because so many people hang in the right lane driving slow. and everytime we would come up to a exit and the get on ramp then we have to slow down and speed back up which causes the trucks to use more fuel because it not staying at the same speed. Now then I will say this I think all trucks should stay to the left lanes if they are not stoping in the town or city then we would be out of each others way I was raised around trucks and I have 6 now. I think people like yourself should get in a truck and have to deal what we have to do for a month then you would change your mind. And by the way if you have it well buddy it came by a truck so gives us a break 10-4

First of all OUR country was form with the holy bible in mind and about family values. Now adays people are trying to change it and act as if it was just formed this way. Read your history books ok. If you dont like ours ways and laws then no one is keeping you from getting on a plane today. When I go to another country I dont expect them to change any of there ways because of me even if I was going to move them. I was born in the US raised in the country. No hard feelings But how about everyone stop this putting everything down about the USA. love it here or leave it plan and simple

Hi guys, my fiance arrived here over 2 weeks ago. We had problems from the start and I decided its best to let her go back. She went to her friend's place last week and she was supposed to leave today. I know she and her friend are lying to me and she is still here in the states. Is there anything I can do to stop all this from going on? I mean I brought her here to be with me, not to be on vacation with her friend.

First of all I was done almost the same way so first of all dont waste your time and get to the USCIS office and report this because protect yourself and let them know what is going on and just try and find you another woman because this is what I have done . Found my Asian honey in Canada a true woman from the heart

As you can see there is lots of us still waiting for our NOA2 . I have to tell myself every morning that todays the day then at night or the next morning I check the site and find the same old dates. But I know that all of our NOA2 are coming to us . I think what really hurts on our time is that the service centers are working on the workers visa'a because the big companys will pay the money to get the people they have hired so they expedited the workers visa'a so every time this happens we just get pushed back alittle more in the waiting line. I have call and wrote my congressman and my senator and this monday they will have our copys of our paper work and action of notice I also told them not to email them but find the person that is working on our case to find out whats the deal with it . I think if we all done this it would help us all because then they have to think when the person incharge starts getting all the calls then thet will want to do something about it because they dont like it when the big people start calling them like the senators or congressman this past week before I came back to Canda I will stay another month again I got up at 4am and wrote a letter to about 8 senators made copys of our notice of action then faxed them and mailed them to each of them once I got up here I then call them . I have one lady that she told me that she will get to the bottom of it and she will not stop calling until she gets the answer to what is taking them for ever.Now the more people do this it will help the system and help us all it will make the problem be seen write your news papers any big paper they love stories like this but VSC and the USCIS not like seeing stories like this sometimes we have to do things to get what we want the hardway . Yes Iam very tired of being away from my honey so lets help each other and not put other people down in anyway . Power in numbers does mean more when it comes to something like what we are waiting on

I'm glad in a way that there are still some of us 6 months+ still out there to encourage each other. The thought that we could be in a separate pile on a desk really, really winds me up! To me our case is straight forward. No kids, no previous divorce, I'm from uk (which I didn't think was a high risk country!) #######!!! I have to keep telling myself to chill out!

But then I think of Sara. This is so awful for you & I will be thinking of you this weekend. Please don't worry too much. I can't imagine what you're going through, except that you must've gone totally grey by now.

Sara, don't panic! You haven't heard anything yet so work on the no news is good news theory! There's no point getting stressed about it when there's absolutely nothing you can do until you've spoken to him.... Please don't worry too much this weekend!

Emma, no word on the RFE yet, still waiting for the lawyer to get back to us with details. When I spoke to him Thursday, he thought that we'd need to provide more evidence of our relationship. We've already sent in photos, passport copies of the stamps for our visits, phone bills, plane tickets... Other than our names signed in blood, I really can't imagine what they'd want from us..... Just got to wait I guess until we get the letter... I'm getting good at waiting..... It seems to be all I do.....

HEY ZOE I Woudnt worry if you included all that evidence! I WOuld say you sound pretty much covered in that area. I got told it could be something simple as not putting N/A on a question! I think yours will be something silly like that! Hmmm but maybe you should start drawING out the blood just incase! hahaha! I cant believe they havnt got back to us as yet! I mean come on it should go straight back to the person who asked for the RFE so they can hurry up and get on with it! I think im going to go for a job there and set them all straight! i just saw a csc filer that was noa1 on oct 1st get their noa2 they expedited because of military i have to say i think that is the fastest i ever saw any file expedited coming out of csc ........soooo maybe csc is getting its act together finally

That's amazing! They really deserve to be expedited, although although I really think you do too at this point!!!

Yes we too are still waiting we got touched on june the 16th and the 17th and that was our last touch lol . Crazy to have to wait our ###'s off to do it the legal way but soon I know we all will have our NOA2 so back to waiting

Ok now I see all the others have ther own little corner so Iam calling all the vermont K-1 filers to come together to join the waiting room while we are all going crazy so lets do it together .
