Does anybody know what does it mean that they changed the date of the card production? Before it was "On October 7, 2008......" and now it's October 10.
Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On October 10, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
It seems that lot of people have seen this e-mail appearing twice. It means nothing, just that you'll have your EAD very soon
Thanks for your answer.

I can't find on the USCIS's website the instructions where they ask to put photos in a plastic bag. Could anybody give me a link? Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. The problem is his birth certificate isn't available. Reading the instructions to the forms I haven't seen that they require a birth certificate from a USC spouse by naturalization unlike a USC spouse by birth. It's just everybody includes one so I'm confused. And what copy of his passport do we need?

Hi! I'm doing AOS from J 1. My husband is a U.S. citizen by naturalization. The question is do we need submit the copy of his birth certificate or just the copy of the certificate of naturalization is enough? And what about the copy of his passport, I'm confused the copy of which one we actually need: the american or the one from the country where he was born in? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone! I've had the interview today. The officer was really nice. She asked for the evidence of our marriage and I handled lots of paperwork to her. In the end she stopped me and was like "well it's enough we got lots of here already" so I forgot to give her our bank statements. And I've just recalled she didn't take my EAD back. Does it mean anything? Did somebody else went home with the EAD card? The officer said that needed to go through our file and we'd receive the answer in the mail.
