    heya!! well i got to know that i received my noa2 on the USCIS website. it was touched on 31st oct and by clicking the receipt number, it wrote that approval was sent. and today, my fiance called saying that he received the noa2 hardcopy. well you might already been approved but the uscis hasn't updated your status? it could be possible. just give it a few days :) good luck!!
