First of all, welcome to VJ!

Actually, the attorney should give you all the info with regards to what to prepare. If you haven't signed a representation letter yet, my advice would be, don't do it. We've had our share of negative experience in that regard. If there is nothing out of the norm about your petition, you can do it without a lawyer. If you have signed a representation letter, make sure to go through your petition bit by bit before the attorney sends it out. They do make mistakes!!!

We are using attorney to get the K1 visa. After G-325A signed and sent to the attorney, and then what else we should prepare? What documents should we prepare while waiting for the k1 visa approved by USCIS?
