Hello guys,
I know this is mentioned in VJ many times but I can't find the next step after NOA2. I wanted to see if there is anyway to expedite it by prefilling the forms, contacting embassy and especially the medical exam part (e.g. what are the vaccine requirements,...). If someone could please point me to the right link would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!

Hello,
I'm just wondering if USCIS is really processing the applications on first-come-first-serve basis. does any one have any idea? The reason i'm questioning that is because i see some people have filed their application later than others but still they get their approval sooner (assuming that there is no RFE and docs are all complete). do they get stuck in FBI or something that takes more or less? or some stuff such as, making sure all documents are sorted and putting more evidence may actually help to reduce the time?

The NVC sets the visa interview date.
Every applicant has to undergo administrative processing....How long it takes is anyones guess.
If you look online at administrative processing, it involves having name checks done by the FBI. And right now the FBI is extremely backlogged both for US greenholders wanting to become citizens. In fact, the ACLU of SoCal filed a class action lawsuit just for this reason.
Hello,
Question; does the US embassy actually mails the packets and interview documents to Iran's address? i heard post office takes them off if they see it. or it's myth?
Do I have to send I-130 and I-485 together?

Hello,
I'm US Citizen and my wife was on visitor visa and we got to know each other about 8 months ago. My wife and I just got married and I'm applying for her AOS. I read the guide on VisaJourney but i'm a bit confused if we have to send both I-130 and I-485 packets all in one big packet to USCIS at once or not. In other words, do we have to do all medical exam, affidavit of support, and everything else and send hose ot USCIS or we only have to send I-130 packet (for now)?
thanks
Mike
