hello im a K1 visa...its been 45 days since we got approved..but still no luck from nvc yet.....

not sure where our application now...worried sad.....confuse...i call nvc today, they said its not yet on their system.....whewww....crazy..

You are still in the "90" days window...What country are you from though??

hi im from Philippines? may i ask how you know that we are in the 90 days window?, i never see any case that waited 90 days, in Philippines, and a k1 visa...its weird....

Really frustrated while I was gathering all the other approvals on my other post. It's really making me frustrated. Seeing all those people who were just near our timeline and they're even almost done with their process and some were even done with the process....*sigh*

im with you....its crazy...but we cant blame them, its uscis thing...i was thinking our papers was lost...but ill see this week what happen coz if they sent it last week, i think nvc should have it by next week..hopefully..nakakawalang pag asa ika nga..uscis and nvc..please bare with us!!!

hi congratulations, hope all of us get the good news by the next week , i've a question, supposing ur case enetredt the NVC system, does the automate message give you informations on when and what's ur new case number and when was sent to ur consulate /embassy ? hope to hear from you and good luck to all of us .

I think you got it wrong. I mean congratulations you got your case number.

About your question, I guess you're just waiting for the letter. I'm not sure if they give you your case number over the phone or by email when you're case is already in their system. Did you try to call and ask for your case number? If they don't give it over the phone or by email then you just have to wait for the letter from them.

About ours, well we called up and an automated message replied that our case is not in their system yet.*sigh*

...confused here...i call nvc today, asking them if we have assign case number already, the lady whom i talk says that they dont have our case in their system yet, she ask me if we already had the approval letter from uscis and i said yes, and i tell her, i call coz i got an e mail from nvc stating that our case had been forwarded in nvc for process ..she think that, that e mail came from uscis, so now im confused if that e mail is true or the lady ddnt know that our case has been forwarded....to nvc????but she told me to try to call next week.......darn....

Lam mo we filed k1 last DEC 2007....then na approved ang petition last MAY 22,2008 i got the letter from US EMBASSY MANILA June 15,2008 stating i am eligible to call and giving me my MNL number.But until now im not yet ready to call for an interview coz lack of documents that i needed to bring and due also to the correction of my name i needed to settle down first....IN short di pa ako ready

COOL ka lang ok?everything will gonna be fine,soon you'll gonna recieve the letter from us embassy...

try to call uscis of which center u belong and ask them when they actually mail your documents to NVC and u will know whats going on with your documents. keep praying that your documents are in good hand...

hello there i just put my inof on tha topic...please just update it..thank you!!! ..seems im the most of waiting time among other there.....i hope nvc will give us good news this week.....seems like nvc and uscis give us good news and same info this week.....im really hoping...that the uscis director office give us honest answer regarding our case....everybody can call director office....just make that move, in that way youll know the status of your case...

My question is that if NVC has processed our cases (fingers crossed) then the NVC should have a record of my case. So far, all I heard from the NVC was "We have no record of your case. Either you have entered a wrong case number or we have not received your case yet."

So my conculsion is that the NVC has not received my case. I hope I am wrong ( ), of course.

this is one wonderful and memorable day. i would never forget how nervous iam i was shaking for real!!! i swear!!! kakaiba ang feeling!!

i left the house around 4:30 am (walang tulog! excited!!!) i got there really early and decided to get coffee at mcdo and walk back to the embassy to realease all the tension building inside me!!! hahahahahaha! then around 6:30am i fell in line the guard asked for my appointment letter and confi letter and valid ID and then i went inside did the bag xray thing and went to immigrant section took a seat and after a while we fell in line at the number booth. dont forget to fill in EVERYTHING in ur DS forms or else u will be asked to step out and fill them up and begin at the end of the line again.. once u are given a number wait for that number to flash on the Q-board with the corresponding window number.also listen to the names being called for the finger scanning. when my number was flashed i was assigned to window 25 the pre screener was a woman on her 30's she was really nice (don't forget to always flash that smile!!) she wasked me who my petitioner is and where did we met, specific site online where we met, if this is our first marriage, if my huband have kids..and she asked me for my BC,MC,ITR, W2's,employment record and AOS. i offered her my husband's bank accounts and my withdrawal slips and everything else she said the ones she got is enough and she asked me for pictures.. then she told me to take a seat and wait again for my number to flash again for the consul interview. i waited for more than 2 hours!!! coz there were only 3 windows open at the beginning but then around 10:30am 2 more windows opened and there it was faster!! i was directed to window 27. my CO was a guy on his 40's he was really nice he greeted me first! LOL! and then asked me if iam hanny perez and asked if whats the name of my petitioner,then he asked me if how long were we married, if we have kids, if my husband have kids...also he asked me if i ever went out of the country and then he flipped on our pictures and gave it back to me..and he started typing on the computer (he types so slow!!!) then i offered him our wedding photos since my album was too big i had to flip the pages. he recognized my husband's manager when he was still working for JUSMAG! (i dont know if its a plus!! LOL) and he admired our wedding pics he said it was very nice...then he started typing again and after a while he said, well ur documents looks good! no problem at all, u may now go back to ur seat and wait for ur name to be called one last time just for a few minutes!!! LOL! he may have noticed im already starving! hahahahahahahahaha!!! they called my name on window 37 and i thought i saw a white slip being stapled on a pink slip! damn! my heart went pounding again!!! hahahahaha! and when i looked at it it was my appointment letter!!! thank GOD!! He is really good!!! i love this day!!!! the sleepless nights are over im ready to fly to the love of my life!!!!

i went to delbros filled up the delivery form and paid it and i went out of there 11:30am im done!!! i took my phone from my companion and called my husband tried to tease him i got denied and he was like for a denied person u sound so happy! LOL! i dont know how to conceal my happiness i was teary eyed!! it was jsut too overwhelming!!!then i called ann thanked her for all her instructions which i really used!! ( i promised to call her first but i had to make her 2nd to my husband!) then i called my family.....

thank u so so much VJ members for everything i know i would've been lost without u all.....everybody is a big help on my long journey now i cant wait to be with my wonderful husband and grow old with him.....God bless all those who are still waiting...prayer is really powerful!!!! this can be a frustrating part of the process. your petition should be at NVC, but until the case number is assigned, you can not get any info about it's status. back when I was in the part of the process you are in now, I experienced many frustrating calls to NVC, being told they have no record of my petition. a K-1 is not entered into their system until a case number has been assigned. hang in there, hopefully you'll be receiving your case number soon

...yeah it is...im giving myslef ultimatum lol....if i cant have my manila case number this week...im sure ill fly somewhere next week ..not just waiting sitting here....i think i need new environment..its crazy for now i know but someday, somehow, well have it.....

This morning we called up NVC since the representative called us that the USCIS sent our case to NVC before 4th of July. The operator said that they haven't got our case yet but she didn't mention about 2-4weeks or 60-90 days but instead she said "KEEP ON CALLING".
