Hi, I lost immunization sheet of DS-2053 to my daughter. She has studied in USA 3 years ago and has all required vaccines. After three years outside the U.S. and change of state will have a need for immunization sheet?

Yes, and we are #2, but I don't have 5 years in US. I do not have one month to become five years

I did the correct numbers I'm 100% shure but every time is the same message I did registeration and when I put my account number there shous thet my case is last updated on 03/25/2008 short after my fingerprinting!!! After this I had my interview - appruved, and now I wait ......

I put the application number from notification letter for fingerprint, and I'm shure that is corect But I'm not shure that is the same with interview notification letter I waith 2 months for my oath, and I'm worry yet
