  1. I just took the photo using my digital camera (5.1 Mega Pixels) with a white wall background. I printed the photo out in CVS so the photo quality is no problem. I will then cut the photo into 2 x 2.

The only thing is the print I got from CVS is not on a glossy paper, it was on luster paper. There is no mention of what type of paper to use in the photo spec from the website. So I guess luster paper is fine, as long as the photo quality is high, correct?

  2. So, I took my photo for G-325A at home with my ditigal camer, and I printed it out in CVS to be cut into 2x2 size.

One thing I didn't do it to print out the photo in Glossy. Does it matter? I was doing some random reading and saw from a site that the photo need to be printed in Glossy. Is this true? Will there be any problem is my 2x2 photo wasn't printed in Glossy?

    Thanks

  3. I was writing out mine tonight and I too couldn't fit my employer's address so I've written in the box 'See attached supplement' and just typed on a piece of paper 'G-325A Supplement - applicant's last 5 years of employment' then I listed them with the most recent first.

Thanks for the help. But, how many pages did you attach to G-325A for employment history? Did you attach 1 copy or 4 copies of the extra page since there are 4 copies for G-325A form?

  4. Hi, Just a quick question.

The company and the address for my employer is too long and it can not fit into one line for my Employment history section. So, can I use two lines on G-325A, one line for Employer name and the 2nd for address? Or, do I have to attached a different sheet of paper to list my employment history?

If I am to attach a different paper, what should I write on the G-325A to indicate a different paper was attached?

Oh.. and for the G-325A photo, do I need to sign the photo on the back?

    Thanks

  5. If I have copy of my Certification of Naturalization to send in with I-129F to prove I am a USC, then I don't need to send in full copy of my U.S. passport, right? YES

It said to copy both front and back side of Certification of Naturalization, but the back is blank, do I still have to copy and send it in?

Also, has anyone noticed that the page number for U.S. passport is in white? So, when I copy it with a black and white copier, the page numbers do now show up in the copy. Will that be a problem?

    Thanks

My problem is the white page numbers didn't show up for me after I copied my passport. Do I need to re-copy them and make sure the page numbers show up?

  7. My Fiancée is in China, and I am trying to generate a Fiancée Letter of Intent for her to sign.

I see the example listed on VJ is a simple one that doesn't show how my Fiancée and I met. So, I modified it a litle with the below. Is it okay to use?

I, Fiancée NAME, do here by state that I met my Fiancé, NAME, online WEB SITE NAME AND ADDRESS. My Fiancé, NAME, first contacted me on DATE and I responded on DATE. We quickly established email, online chat and phone correspondences over the last 4 months. My Fiancé, NAME, visited me between DATE and DATE in China and proposed to me on DATE.

I, Fiancée NAME, am legally able and willing to marry Fiancé NAME, and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

    Thank you.

  8. Hello, I know most people can obtain a K1 Visa if done right, but my major concern is that I had a run in with the Law back in 2001, (settled in 2003, I think) for credit card fraud. You see, I used to work for a retail store back in college and I made the mistake of using few customer’s credit card to purchase items for myself (Total worth about $1000). I was caught and plead guilty in court and sentenced for few months of probation, no jail time and paid back the money I used. Do I need to add any additional document with my I-129F? Will this prevent me from obtain the K-1 Visa? Will it delay the process? If so, for how long?

    Thanks
