  1. I have arranged travel plan and my native country will give me a lot of trouble to board a US bound aircraft if I don't have PR card in hand.

Will it be possible to go to USCIS after I come back? I should not have any problem at the Port of Entry within 2 years of my residency, right? All the Immigration Officer can do is advice me that my GC expiration date is wrong, not deny my entry. Am I thinking correctly?

  2. After a long wait I was approved for green card as CR1 and received Welcome letter from USCIS. The letter said my card will expire in 2 years and I have to apply for removal of conditions 90 days prior to that (and blah blah...)

Now, I received my card yesterday and guess what... it is valid for 10 years. USCIS sure did a mistake (I would be more than glad if they didn’t in this case).

Should I apply for a new card? Or just apply after 2 years for removal of condition? My marriage is almost but not 2 years yet. Is there any risk if I travel with this card now and apply in 2 years for removal of conditions?

Also, will there be any issue removing condition because of the Green card expiration date?

Please help if anyone has any information. Good luck to all waiting for their case.
