Fish sauce is freaking awesome. It goes great with broken rice, vermicelli and grilled pork, and vietnamese eggrolls... mmm nom nom nom. I went to hanoi this past summer. Just my opinion, I don't really care for their cooking, They like to cook with a lot of MSG, and that stuff makes my tongue numb. To much just makes me sick. Northern food just kind of taste weird to me now a days(and my family is originally 54 bac ky (north folks)). I also got sick from eating at quan an ngon up there, I have no desire to ever return to Hanoi what so ever.

Has anyone here ever hired a *good* company in VN to help your fiancee fill out the paperwork? Phuong doesn't read English very fluently and is worried she will make mistake. But she also doesn't know which company she can trust, she says many Vietnamese are very jealous and she worries they won't do the paperwork right. We are both frustrated now. Can anyone guide us a little? We both seem to be big bozos when it comes to this paperwork. Thanks
