I've read your post, sorry to hear that...
I had my mom's case expedited 'cause I had twins and need my mom so bad. I emailed the supervisor with an attachment of medical certificate. I got an approval to expedite in 4 business day. The case was completed by NVC right away and send to the Embassy. My mom will be bringing the IV documents on her interview..

Saylin, I got the IE already but no invoice yet..
my mom got the letter from NVC last feb.21 stating that they received the choice of agent. Do you think I need to write also for supervisor review? if it is, how will that works?

moving on...

Got busy tone too! And went through after 9th tries & waited for 20 minutes to talk to the operator. But not much information, she just say to wait for 20 business day.. Huh.?!

I emailed my DS3032 the next day you send yours, I wish Monday is not a holiday... 3 days is too long to wait for approval email..

We're on the same boat. My AOS bill was gone too, it was there yesterday with the same status as yours.. Hopefully it will be ready later today or tomorrow...
By the way, when you send the DS3032, did you attached the form which your wife has to sign?
I'm kind of confused if I have to attached the form so that I don't need to file.. If anybody has an idea, please guide me..
