Hi!
1- Are u applying on based of marriage? 3 years rules. ? Married from American Women/Man?
2- Are u applying on based of 5 Years rules?
well seems u are applying on 3 Years rules. well if u apply now maybe ur divorce final will come the day before ur interview. (WHO KNOWS) that means ur applcation will be denied. and u will be forced to follow the 5 Years rules. well it seems u got ur green card in 2006 that means next year u will be eligible to apply on ur own. so dont give a chance and save ur money. next year not far to come.
Good Luck and wait for the best answer.
i am probably just too lazy to do a research but how much does it cost to apply for citizenship?

Not all of these. OP (and quoted poster), read post #3 in this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/249395-k1-evidence-questions/
Furthermore, CDs and electronic media will NOT be seen or accepted by the embassy/consulate, at least when they're brought in person.
that's what i included and it is very clear that we got approved, you know what, based from my own experience, its always better to supply them with more evidence than what is needed, we decided to include cd just to show them that we really do have a relationship and IT GOT ACCEPTED, i know it was a little bit too much but we just wanted to make sure, and we got approved really fast with no problem, how's that?
-
You believe dangerously. OP, this is an example of the cavalier advice that some will offer on VJ.
okay, so what do you suggest then? i do have a friend whom i have helped with their AOS and they had the same problem, money, they applied for AOS past 6 months after they got married, and they got approved,
and besides, there is no specific time frame...
TBoneTX i will be waiting for your suggestion
-
visajourney did save us a lot of money! we never hired any lawyer, good luck on your petition
-
based from what you said that there is still a glimmer of hope, i suggest that you just let the petition be approved, in that way, just in case if the situation gets any better, you still have the paperwork and you don't have to redo it,
-
how about she move to UK instead of you moving to the US? i think that is an option...
-
in the philippines, the pink slip is a form for visa delivery, so even if the CO did not tell you that you were approved, once he gave you a pink slip, then it means you are approved...
-
the best thing for him to do is close that particular account and open a new one, end of the problem...
-
pictures together, plane tickets, bus tickets, hotel receipts, i even included recorded skype voice calls on a cd, screen shots of the two of you video chatting together, emails, chat history, phone bills, there is way too many to mention,
-
there is no specific time frame for doing the adjustment of status, and you don't even have to worry about the I-94 as long as you got married before it expires, i believe 6 months after you got married is still safe to file for AOS, good luck!
-
I do have a video recipe for Sinigang. You might want to watch it. Just click the link.
-
no need to worry kung totoo ang relasyon nyo, kasi pag totoo ang relasyon nyo, kahit pagbali baligtarin pa ang mga tanong sa visa interview, e maipapasa at maipapasa mo yan, good luck!

my husband does not have a FB account but i do, it really doesn't bother me that he doesn't have an account, he is a very private person and i do understand that...
if you can explain to her the risks of having an online profile, maybe she will understand...

You can travel on your 2yr GC.
How much time before you need to ROC? If you within the 90 days - I would apply first, then get a stamp/letter to extend the GC for travel while you wait for the new one.
Most airlines will stop you from flying if your past 34 weeks, some will question you if your "huge" at 28 weeks.
If you have a note from the doctor saying it's safe, or the travel is urgent - you can usually go past that time frame - depends on the airline. (all though, your doctor may have a different opinion.)
I still have a year and a half before ROC, and I am only 24 weeks, but thank you very much for your respond.

her passport will be enough, as it has the her visa, if she has a driver's license, then that's even better...
-
I only have my 2-year conditional GC, I wonder if its a good idea to visit the Philippines, or should I wait for the 10-year GC? And also, do they allow pregnant women to travel? Please help... Thanks!
And also, dun sa mga umuwi na sa pinas, magkano budget nyo? And gano kayo katagal nag stay? Thanks ulit!

I too always send USD. When I first started sending my wife money the rate was 56php = $1USD those were the good ol' days!
wow P56 = $1! as of now, i don't see it happening again, so sad...
-
you definitely are not alone, just dont lose hope, everything will be okay...
