I want to know some informations about paper to get the divorce especially in usa ( petitioner ), i want my wife to file it and we decided to get divorce soon,

i am working " fixing computer ", and who know how is work in Morocco or how much money you get if u fixed pc?

i am patience about waiting our process and i wish work here with my diploma, then if our process not done good, then she can sell her stuff and we can together in Morocco, no problem for me,

but i need find good work, cuz we can't live with familly in same home

she sent him 2 emails and he not respond them

the lawyer not still want to continue working with us,

cuz on 2 june and when we received message for interview, lawyer called her and say that she need give him 500$ if she want him go with her to interview in SF.

my wife not like cuz she hasn't money for that, she wrote him message that she won't pay him (500$).

and the lawyer understood diferent thing and he says "I wish you the best in the future"

that mean they sent her message that she need to do her interview in SF (the petitioner) maybe cuz we are taking lawyer, it is almonst 2 months and we are waiting for them to put shedulde for her to go to san francisco

we started our process before and normal without problem about it (help)

in concerning the help, or can't find job, she not understood me or she not want to understand, i am graduating good diploma like Technician specialized in the management companies/entreprises here, but it is hard to find job like that kind of diploma, other job or normal job here isn't enought to help her to go to the inteview in SF for do a standard interview for take bus+hotel, i told her to save 50$ per month then it won't any problem and she says i can't i want u to help me and i have bills to pay

and she just back from morocco 2 months now, we were together without problem, spending time together, more happier,

we are talking everyday and evernight, chat+cam+mic with long time per day and sometimes i am calling her.

she is using her meds about depress and mental

i talked to her, and she read all messages here,

she went to the store then she will go to friend house for help them, for not get more stress !! i say yes you can go and we can talk later, and she says "if i am online".

i told her i can't divorce you cuz i love u so much, and she is in the same thing (love) , but she is in more stressful...

the problems:

she says we have alots problems ans stress about our relation.

i can give some cause from our problems

i cut my hair (being bald), and she not like me to cut my hair like that, i had some problems from my hair cuz it was fall down from hat and gel...

i cut my hair without her "permission" or tell her. cuz she already not like!!

then she got mad and sad and .. and she says what is that why you cut ur hair without telling me, i told it is important to cut cuz the hair is falling down, and i want my hair to grew good...

and then she dicided to go and file the paper of divorce, that hapen before 1 month...

i want to ask memebers if something hapened like that to you

i am chating with her now and she says that she just started to talk to him yesterday.

problem nor from love if she is in love with her ex-boyfriend. but she did that too after 5 months from our marriage when someone visited where she is working, and the man told her " i am in love with you".... and at night we chatted and she told me she met man and i asked her for what reason you did that, she answer that our process hard "wait" and maybe we can't be together and more stress.

and she got divorce with her ex-husband before.

how you know that

i just want to know why some ppl forgot easy their love, and she really forgot how familly her in Morocco how they are loving her and how much gifts they gave her.... and the time we spend here... omg i am like man and i can't forget allthings omg noooo.

i am calling that like trailor and a traitor is someone who commits treason.

i love her and she loves me, but i don't know what problem from her, i nerver tought like that too, i want to be with her and she want too but she is not strong about her dicision

we got married on 21, january 2007, and our process still waiting to shedulde an appointment for a standard interview for the petitioner in SF california, my wife get sad and she thought all the time from waiting is just like time wasted from her life....!!

and our process need just some patience to done , 13 months and we are waiting (california service center).

and also she says that her income not let her to continue our process and want me to help her for get her ticket plane like +2000$ and money for her to get transport to go to SF... and last night she sent me email told me that not call her anymore and want to file divorce soon and want to back to her ex-boyfriend...she did that 2 times now, she did on 2007 she want to find her way for life (find other man), and we back normal to our relation and now look what she is doing to me...

this is the message that she sent me:

" salam i wanted to let u know that this is not work out with our marriage i have decided to work thjngs out with my ex boyfirend i am not gonna continue with the stress sorry but this is how i feel so plz don't call me anymore well i this is not working out with u there and me here so i will be filing soon and sending u the papers soon"

so i wrote this topic for discuss about our problem and thanks.

- we are waiting for a standard interview " the petitioner", any informations about interview or what they will request like proves " prepare ".

Your next step is to go the to the interview. If I were you, I'd be prepared with significant evidence of your relationship bona fides and your own citizenship status if there could be any question about that.

Although they are referring to this as a "standard interview" it is definitely an exception rather than standard for an immigrant visa case.
