  1. Hii.all... I have Question for I134 notorized... :help::help:

    I went to my bank today to get my I-134 Affadavit of Support notarized. Last time few month ago..they did that seal was embossed but Today, according to them, everything is simply stamped with an InkPad Stamp on I-134 if ink stamp... they said now no longer use an embossed? :blush: Duuh..

    Has anyone else experienced to getting documents notarized without a raised (embossed) seal? Anyone ever have any experienced problems with of these kinds of notarizations?

    Things just changeing every day :bonk:

    My I-134 was notarized with a stamp without the raised seal. My fiance didn't have any problem at the US embassy in Ireland.

    Good luck.

  2. Apply for the Visa and other paperwork that follow yourself. This site has plenty of information and examples to help you with the process. If you have any specific questions then VJ members are here to answer them. This is your journey, you have a personal interest in this, not your lawyer. You are going to be doing 95% of work anyways by collecting and providing all the information to your lawyer. Its not worth the money to hire a lawyer.

  3. really??? i mean, really???? oh my god!!!! i feel like jumping now!!!! oh my god i really hope its NOA2! have you received the NOA2 hard copy yet?

    is it really not accurate? does it mean that my last touch could mean an NOA2?

    Yes, you should. Now I think about all those months checking the USCIS website everyday (which i dont recommend because it is not accurate) and all the concern, it seems so far now!! so just be patient and good luck to all of you!!!

    I can tell you from my experience last touch was an NOA2. From looking at other posts it seems like a touch after 2 or 3 months has been an NOA2 or RFE.

    I know its furstrating to wait and not knowing, I went through it on Oct. 10th when the touch date changed but the status still said case pending. My status changed to approval and touch date changed on Oct. 13th.

    I haven't yet. I've checking my mail everyday!! usually I check every 3 or 4 days but I want to start the next step ASAP. It seems like it'll take about 3 to 4 days from looking at people's timelines.
