  1. Good day to all.

I would like to ask about I-30 my brother's interview schedule will be on October..My question is what is the documents needed for the Interview? Is there any packet the he receive before the Interview that his gonna bring for medical?or he will go to ST luke without packet?

Thank you for your help I aprpciate it..

  2. You need to provide a little more about your situation. If your daughter got derivative status from your immigration she will obtain

her citizenship when you get yours. You can submit a copy of your naturalization paper (once you get it) with her US passport application

and she will get a US passport... or you can file for a N600... Personally just getting a US passport is better and cheaper.

    Regards,

Thank u so much..My situation is I am annulled in the Philippines and when i came to the US i bring my child who is minor right now she is 17 years old and I need to file my citizenship because she will be 18year old on this coming December..I don't know if i will file N600 together with my application of citizenship or later on after i became a citizen...thanks...

  3. Does anyone can help me about my case..I am planning to send next week for US citizen application..And my question is who about my daughter who is 17 years old last December 20011 should I file separate with my application? thank u for helping me if anyone have knowledge about it..cause my husband confused about the situation..

  4. you need two witnesses to prove that you are happily married..pictures of you and your husband that you'd be a great help..I submitted my removal of status last first week of dec. and have my NOA one week after..and I am waiting for the biometric notice let us see if no problem with it...but i submitted lot of things since we been married even ownership of the car both of our names and rent of the house..

  5. Hi, the vaccination that you submitted to the USCIS from St. Luke i think they need the upgrade form but i dont know if you submitted already the new form that you downloaded from the site and bring it to the civil surgeon..If you did not get it try to download and bring to the civil surgeon because most of the cases like yours..Your status and with your kid they are not the same person who see that in the office of the USCIS..Meaning some people who work in the office is very strict.

  6. I have my friend who were separated to her husband and she was here since october but her visa is fiancee. Last january they filed for changed of status but before it was approved they were separated and her husband widrawn from the petition but she recieved the working visa right now..My question is she wants to file a waiver for her petition..Does she can do it or not?

  8. hello rocky, that is a simple problem that you encountered..meaning you dont love your wife because of simple things that she made. Why you married a Filipina if that is your attitude? My wife is also like that but I love my wife for what she is..married a Filipina is the best thing that happened in my life..

    best regards,

    tom

  9. We filled about 5-6 months ago and in july and in october we received a letter asking for more info. It has been 3 months now since we sent out that information to them and my wife still has not received her work permit. We have not had an interview only went to have biometrics take in september. We are starting to feel a little lost. how would we go about contacting some one about this?

My wife got her work permit ordered today, it has only been 60 days, her travel permit was approved also. We filed 11/07/2008 and received approval notices 01/06/2009

  10. i was late registerd but my mom did the rigestration last 1996 then i when i was with my interviewed last feb. they dont asked about late registration of my birthcertificate they only said submit all the papers the bcertificate, annulment, CENOMAR and NBI and other paers..wala nang ibang tanong ..as long as may birthcertificate ka sa NSO anyway you dont give any papers pag hindi nila hiningi..No worries about that as long as all the papers are original from NSO..

  11. well in this case..that you are a late register from NSO it doesnt matter..The embassy look your birthcertificate that issue from the NSO office as long as you have a record there..I was a late registered also before and i dont have any prolem..Dont worry about that finish your annulment and the case will be okey for fiancee visa ..

    thanks and God Bless
