I’m currently going through the K-1 visa process and I wanted to see if anyone here is in a similar situation or has recent updates.
Here is my timeline:
- NOA2 approved: January 22, 2026
- Case sent to Department of State: March 9, 2026
- Current status: At NVC (no delays detected)
It’s been about 3 weeks since my case was sent to the NVC, and I’m still waiting for it to change to “Ready”.
I’m feeling a bit anxious because my fiancée and I haven’t seen each other since November, so this wait has been really hard on us.
Has anyone with a similar NOA2 date (January 2026) already received “Ready”?
How long did it take for your case to move from “At NVC” to “Ready”?
