DOB of the beneficiary is 03rd Nov 2003 and i130 filed date is 09th April 2024. My son age was 20 years 5 months when petition submitted but now the age is 22 years 4 months as on today and still unmarried . Now tell me the i130 approval date, priority date current time line, cspa calculation

Hi everyone, I filed I-130 for my son under F2A category. Priority Date: April 09, 2024 Country: India Status: I-130 pending I would like to know: - Current I-130 approval timelines for F2A India - Chances of CSPA protection - Expected timeline for NVC & interview - would like know whether my petition being processed under F2a or F2b category since my son was below 21 years/Single on filing date and he is still single now but over 21 years age on today Anyone with similar PD, please share your updates.
