Hi everyone , August 23rd was the interview , it was approved , was told the visa would get delivered in a 3-5 day timeframe , today is the 5th day , and yes I counted the stupid bank holiday which was monday . We have called the courier phone all day and it repeatedly gives a voice recording then hangs up on you. We are leaving in a week to get married . I am heartbroken , and I have no idea what to do , any comments would be deeply appreciated . Please tell me what to do .

Tomorrow is the interview , I keep going over in my mind is everything going to be ok , Do I have it all in order for him , and I realize its the start of a brand new life for me and im so excited and I want everything to be ok , and I cannot hardly even function right now .... What an emotional rollercoaster ride this has been... we are getting married in 20 days .... My life is just about to begin !!
He Just Called and said WE ARE APPROVED !!!!!!!!!

Goodluck! - If your love is real and everyting is legitemate then you got nothing to hide therefore nothing to be nervous about.
I wouldnt have spent years trying to do this "if the love wasnt real" ... Its definately Legitimate , I definately have Nothing to hide , and yet Im still nervous ... call me a silly human being , this is all natural feelings Im sure .... And a BIG Hug and Thank You to all that replied and made me feel a lil more at ease ... You guys are the best!

Im just wondering if i also needed to have a notarized letter of intent to marry my fiance? ...any one can help me this?

The only thing needed to be notarized at this point would be the I-134 affidavit of support =)

Our routine gets us through. Our long distance daily routine is actually the one we call "normal"...........
Nail on head. Me and 'er indoors have been long-distance for 7 years now; it's all we really know. I'm guessing you and your bloke are quite new as a couple? All that weeping and wailing ####### stops after about 18 months, and by 3 years you'll only be talking at the weekends!

I know you feel empty and alone , we ALL feel that here !! And you need to concentrate on your new job , and the future you have ahead with him ,instead of focusing on the here , you must focus on the future , I havent seen my finacee since January and God gives me the strength to pull through it all . You have a LONG LONG wait ahead of you , this process takes over or round 250 days so you need to take care of yourself and realize your not the only one ... we ALL go thru this , each and every one of us VJ'ers.. what is going on with the CSC dates going backwards ?!?!? Also this is probably a very stupid question , one in which I have no idea about but how do you find out when your applications have been "touched" . Where do i go to find out this Info ? Any comments are appreciated ... I hope everyone has a very nice day and not a OMG I miss him/her so bad day ....

The Visa FINALLY arrived this morning , I swear , I am the only person that can turn a 3-5 day timeline into 11 days !!! nonetheless , its OVER and Joe will be here tomorrow and off we go to Vegas to Get Married !! I want to thank each and every one of you for all the support , answers to all my questions , and just being here for me !!
