Just to chime in based on my K1 experience. I did not sign and date photos either, but they were backed up by visit info (ticket stubs, hotel bills). So that's not a big deal. The missed signature on that form will likely trigger an RFE. But it's not the end of the world. They'll send anything back for signatures or other corrections. It's just a delay, but if there are too many issues, it may bring closer scrutiny. We had an RFE for some more details, which I provided, and it still moved on to eventual approval. So just go with the flow and best of luck to you!

Actually there isn't much to submitting for a K1. Main thing is to show proof you guys have met in the last 2 years. Only need a couple pictures.

Actually, this is apparently no longer sufficient. For my K1 submission, I submitted 4 photos, each in different locations on different days. I wrote our names, locations and dates on the back of each one. I received an RFE for more evidence of "first meeting". The photos by themselves were not sufficient. They wanted additional proof such as flight receipts and ticket stubs, passport photocopies, credit card receipts from the both of us placing us in the same location at the same time, letter from a commanding officer, etc.
