Before it was California now the service center only has "SCOPS" now via the website you provided. I already sent it to USCIS and they received my RFE 12/9/25 but haven't heard anything back about the status. I'm just wondering if there is a time frame from when they received the RFE or if I need to base the time the packet was originally sent. I was trying to see if maybe within 90 days of them having my RFE to request a status update.

Hi all, I sent my Rfe for my k1 visa just needed a letter for intent to marry, missed that step was my fault. Rfe was sent and received 12/9/25 was advise they are working on it. Been 76 days with no update. How long till an update before reaching out? I tried the website to see and was unable to verify when to reach out. Please help.
