we got divorced in 2022, the whole thing has taken a long time, we filed in july 2022, we were married for 3 years, we got married and i got 2 year gc because we got married

The first piece of paper I got was i751 divorce waiver, the officer said her supervisor would review it, I got letter for current interview that says i751 to remove conditions of residence, they are looking for divorce decree along with evidence of qualifying relationship. Lawyer submitted my file almost two years ago, he said just to gather anything else, I’ve submitted all I could but have an affadavit off ex wife, the interview in December was short, just curious is this a follow up or what may be the reason for it

Had original divorce waiver interview December 23, had 3 years tax returns, joint bank account, but only had rent coming out of it, authorized credit card was light, 2 leases, trip to her home, receipt from hotel, receipt from flights cancelled due to covid,rent insurance, shes on joint spectrum, wedding photos and photos from relationship. Officer thought it was N400, i corrected her and said i was there for i751 divorce waiver, she kinda grilled me, covid happened and we grew apart, have interview in a few days and very nervous, lawyer is coming with me and i consulted two others who say its difficult to return green card and would be a long process in doing so
