Hi everyone, I’m waiting for a K-1 visa interview at the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires and my case status is READY. Does anyone know if they have recently released new interview appointments, or how long the wait has been lately? Any recent experiences would really help. Thank you!

I would let it continue. They will not process your payment and will send all the documents back because they cannot process your petition. Something kind of similar happened to me. My ex husband petitioned me being a permanet resident. We sent checks and documentes and the USCIS sent them back with a letter stating that they could not process my case. They did not cash the check.

Hi! for me it took around 3 month for the NVC to send me the welcome letter after the USCIS approved my case . I am in Texas and my fiance is in Argentina. It denpends on the country but the window is between 30-90 days.
