    incompetent CIS, our papers might have been lost!

    oh good lord... there are so many incompetent employees at CIS. This is extremely frustrating for the 5th time! Gosh we got approved 7-7-08 noa2 for K-I129F then until now.. no NVC letter.. its been more than 60 days til then. We bugged CIS many times and said something like "NVC takes time to log in cases in their systems" and that sometimes "CIS bypasses NVC and just send it directly to the consulate of the foreign fiance", "that instead of filing it to go to NVC they filed it as a record"

    Gosh.. we don't know what to believe.... I just called NVC again for the 3rd time and said "not in their system yet and it could take 90 days and if it takes 90 days we will mail you a letter about what to do next" I guess our paperworks are lost.. nada.. in a big black hole.. geez.. I'm frustrated and dehydrated.

    I really want to put a media on this one. I just hope it will do good. Could you give me more advice on what to do next? thank you so much!

    Is it at NVC? Mine was never in the system then I got the letter said it will be out in a week but it was out the same day. Check with NVC to see if they have the file. If they don't ask USCIS when did they send it. Sometime USCIS don't sent it out or lose it.

    No, its not yet in NVC.. coz i spoke to somebody from NVC and thats what she told me. We don't really know whats going on with our petition. CIS cant give any competent answer as to where and whats the current status of our case... the funny thing is.. I checked our case status on CIS website and says " On september 15 we approved your petition......blah blah" I was like.. What?! geez... We got approved two months ago.. Sorry about this if i sound so whiney! I'm just trying to vent my feelings.... frustrated and dehyrated me :(

    I make it just like a chef at an "Asadero" in Colombia told me to make it. Salt and pepper and that's it. Don't turn the meat to much while grilling and you're done. The key is the chimichurri you serve it with.

    mi pregunta es,.. mi esposo viajo a japon y se que do mas de el tiempo con visa de turista tu crees que eso le afecte al tiempo de tener su entrevista, oh que sea un delito para emigracion y balla a tener problemas muchas gracias por tu respuesta te lo agradesco mucho

    perdon soy nueva tengo una pregunta mi esposo es de turkia viajo a japon con visa de turista y se quedo ilegal eso afectaria su caso a la hora de la entrevista ? muchas gracias por su respuesta

    Afefectaria su caso si se quedara ilegal en los EUA.

    si ya la mando pedir en la embajada de japon tarda de dos a tres meses ojala y no le aparesca que se quedo alla ilegal y le balla afectar en su caso muchas gracias

    solicitud enviada: 17 oct 2007

    NO1: 11 ene 2008

    nline uscis: 15 feb 08

    NO2: ????

    :dance::dance::dance:OMG!!!! AFTER WEEEKS OF WAITING!!!!!!! Just when I thought I was about to go on a massive all out emotional fit and threaten to hole up in my bed and sleep the rest of my life away!!!!!! He calls me today and tells me he has his passport in his hand stamped with his visa! Our interview was April 30th and after an RFE (we sent it in 3 days later) we hear NOTHING till it comes in the mail today!!!! He will leave Turkey on the 16th and get here on the 17TH!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

    :dance::dance::dance:OMG!!!! AFTER WEEEKS OF WAITING!!!!!!!
