My fiancée is an American citizen and I’m a Nigerian living the UK. I’m 37 while she just turned 55. We have been on a LDR for over a year and she often visit me in the UK.
Note: She has never been married but I’m divorced.
We intend to close the distance gap soon and we looking at k1 visa or she come to the uk to get married. What are the chances of scaling through the K1 in relation to our age.
